Commit To Change

I attended C2C Pilates with Denise regularly 5 years ago, before moving west to CA. I still do pilates daily (she got me hooked), whether in my home or at a studio (whenever I can swing an over priced LA class!) — and I have honestly compared every instructor and studio to C2C.
Foremost — I refer back to Denise’s instruction, tips, and posture corrections frequently. I have still (and there have been many, so many) not found a studio that was as watchful and helpful with posture, etc since C2C. I am astounded at the number of Pilates Instructors that dont emphasize posture & form… it’s the most important part! There is a true commitment in this studio to build the strongest, most healthy body and spirit.
I become more and more appreciative of the kind environment, and incredible instruction I received from Denise and her C2C studio through every new studio I visit. If there were online classes, I’d be the first to sign up.
Best and most professionally run studio, still. I could probably go on for hours.
