Customer service is abysmal especially Kenny who has proven to be nothing more than a racist liar. After dealing with Kenny over the course of 5 – 6 weeks and being met with nothing but excuses time and time again, I can safely say he is either a racist, a liar, or just plain incompetent, or more than likely a combination of all three. The other two young ladies that work with him are no better. Each, repeating kennys lies, without checking out things themselves, which makes me think the racism and/​or incompetence is rampant throughout this mom/​pop store, which seems about right to me. .At the end of the day, more like 6 weeks of Kennys lies about ordering an item for me, I went on line, ordered and received the item in 3 days.

This Pharmacy & Apothecary was not why I expected. While I could tell from the street that they also sell shoes, I was surprised at the burgeoning inventory of medical scrubs filling every corner. This is more of a specialty shoe and uniform store, with a druggist counter on the side. No frills (no gum, mints, or contact goop) but you can get Red Wing work boots, and Birkenstocks direct from the shop or ordered in.
