Taro is an amazing place to have frozen yogurt or bubble tea, love their customer service.

I literally just walked out of this place and will never come back. I have a frequent buyer card where they punch whole in it every time you buy a Froyo. Most times I buy 3 at a time and only get 2 stamps, that’s fine. Today I went in with a $ 1 off your order of $ 5 or more coupon which I used. I was then told by the manager with a sour look on her face that I even used it at all that I can’t get my card punched when using a coupon. F that! You lost a family of customers taro for your cheap attitude. There’s perfectly good frozen yogurt right down the street and that’s where I’ll be going!

I didn’t come here for their self serve came for their bubble tea! Yea there are other better places but this place for some reason their jasmine tea flavor is AMAZING! Other places doesn’t compare! But their soft serve is pretty good too not so sweet and their fruit toppings are really fresh never smushed I actually do not mind feeding my 22 month their fruit! Now they hv ice cream rolls! Awesome! This is the newest trend in nyc hv to come back for that !

Taro is my absolute favorite yogurt place! There had only been one other yogurt place I am aware of that even offers the taro flavor, though they do have multiple other flavors as well. This is the best! This establishment has definitely proved why it is still standing among the multiple closings of other competing yogurt shops. The quality of this yogurt is superb every time I go, never liquidy or icy, problems I have experienced at other yogurt shops. It is also in a great location, serving as a good hang out for the summer especially. You and friends can roam around the Morristown Green with Taro in hand!

Cute little spot in Morristown. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally had the opportunity to make it last night after dinner with friends. Came in to try their bubble tea and saw they offer a variety of flavors on the menu. Call me basic, idc, but I had to go with taro for my first time here. The taro flavor was good– wasn’t too sweet, while the tapioca was soft and chewy. Not bad, but I have to admit that I was reeally hoping they would have a smoothie version of the taro bubble tea… That would’ve really hit the spot. Regardless, I’d make my way back again especially with summer being right around the corner!

Very clean and amazing froyo place! Their flavors changes all the time, my favorite flavor is taro which has an earthy and creamy taste. Prices are pretty reasonable. Definitely recommend this place if you want self served froyos!

Good prices– much better than other bubble tea places. The flavors area simple but good. The toppings bar has a wide variety from fresh to junk food. It’s a nice size place. The bubble tea is definitely my favorite– milky and flavorful. Definitely come here for good froyo, bubble tea, smoothies, and even froyo milkshakes!

Love this place! Very cheap prices for a good amount of food/drinks. My favorite thing to order from here is a vanilla boba tea with extra boba. Never disappointing. They also have the nutrition info for their self serve frozen yogurt which is great– not many froyo places offer that. Their toppings are pretty standard but still great, and the inside of the store is very lively and inviting. Love this place. Will definitely be returning

BEST frozen yogurt in the area. I live walking distance, dangerous, and have tried the other froyo place on the street and it doesn’t compare to Taro. The consistency is always good, never runny or icy like an Icee out of the machine, always creamy. Love their flavors.

this is my favorite yogurt in morristown. my favorite flavor is taro but they don’t always have it. the consistency is softer than your average froyo so it’s not as dense and filling, the perfect after dinner dessert. i’ve also tried their froyo pie which was good, i ordered taro and strawberry, a nice break from birthday cakes all the time at parties. if you’re not in the mood for froyo they also have smoothies and bubble tea. i usually order the lychee with lychee jelly which is very good and my other favorite alternative is jasmine green tea flavor.

Toppings appear to be fresh but are nothing out of the ordinary. Flavors are on the boring end of the spectrum. The yogurts themselves tend to be runny and too sweet. If I wanted ice cream I would get ice cream! Just not what I’m looking for in frozen yogurt.

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place in Morristown. There are different options and it is self-serve, so you can get as much(or as little) as you want. There are also a lot of different topics, fruit, candy or other topings to put on your yogurt. Love this place!

Taro is across the street and several stores down from Strawberry Fields. They are okay too. Their advantage is that they have some more unusual flavors such as … taro! I think they had mango and coconut, too, but I could be imagining things. I mean they should go all out and do black sesame, green tea, almond cookie… just visit Chinatown Ice Cream Factory and do a froyo version of all the best flavors. I’ve also had their bubble tea and decided it’s too creamy and heavy. However, I always order taro. Maybe their regular bubble tea is better. I do remember that the tapioca is good, it was just the liquid part that needed tweaking. I felt like I was sipping cream.

OK selection for frozen yogurt. Plain is my most favorite. I have been here for so many time and never found the bubble tea. Silly me. I will ask next time.

LOVE the bubble tea here!!! The tapioca is cooked perfectly– not gooey, not hard, not flavorless. My favorite is the green tea bubble tea.

This is a review for their yogurt and not their bubble tea. Not only do they have the flavor they tout, but it is really good to boot! The store has a great little rewards card, and the décor is quite cute. They have some rotating flavors, and I haven’t had a bad flavor yet. Love the place!

Very good fro-yo in this hole in the wall store, just look for the very cool neon and glass décor. Dragged the teenagers here during their soft opening, we visited on their third day of business. I’m new to self-serve dessert places. They have a wall with five machines of frozen yogurt, two flavors each. You take a cup(looks like it would hold half a gallon, really they’re awfully large), put some different flavors of yogurt in, add toppings, and pay by the ounce($ 0.38 when we visited). The flavors included tart original, cappuccino, peanut butter, pomegranite, chocolate, and(very interesting) taro, the same root from which the Hawaiians make poi. It was difficult to get a taste, the kids lapped theirs up pretty darn quickly so I can definitely recommend it. I hear that two more self-serve yogurt places are opening soon in Morristown so it looks like it’s gonna be a tough market but Taro is a contender.
