I brought my daughter’s Corolla to pristine today. I got the $ 27 car wash which claimed all things would be cleaned (cup holders/​dash/​door jams and alike). The first time they tried to hand over the car I could see the streaks on the Windows from the outdoor waiting area and water was on the side mirrors, back window had white stuff all over it. The Windows we redone. Look inside the car and the dash was not done, the cup holders were not done, and the doors we not done. Complain again. Another customer adds that they had similar issues. The individual in the office offered no help whatsoever. I will never go back. It’s not worth the aggravation

My first time here and definitely won’t be the last! This place was great. When I pulled in to make my choice from the menu the attendant was very helpful. As I was about to hand over my keys I asked if they had coffee inside. He looked at me and said «I’m sorry ma’am, we just ran out.» As I was about to take my keys back to run and go get a coffee he said «I’m just kidding we always have coffee!» And gave me a little chuckle and a smile! You can tell this guy enjoys his job. He let me know it would be a 35 min wait for my car. I walked into the lobby and found that it was beautiful inside and had plenty of comfortable seating. They had magazines, a TV, a children’s sensory table and even a couple laptops you can borrow. My 35 minute wait flew by due to all the amenities provided and my car was gorgeous when it was done. This is my new go to car wash! Thanks to the owner, Dan, for providing such a nice and efficient place! I’ll be back very soon!

Sunday afternoon and very busy. They cut corners but they don’t cut their price. They did not even open the back of my SUV much less clean it. Disappointing that no one checks what’s being done. Negative advertising from me for sure.

Poor customer service. Their wifi wasn’t working. I told the lady it doesn’t work. She didn’t want to believe it or check it and her response was completely rude and dismissive. Unfortunately this is the only car wash in this area that offer full service. Will be rooting for some competition for these folks in this area. I do not recommend. They ask to pre pay the tip in the receipt like it is an entitlement. It needs to left until the end so one gets to tip based on quality of service. The last time I got my odyssey in for a full silver package and the radio still had dust. Windows weren’t rolled and wiped. The floor wasn’t throughly vacuumed.

Do not use this business. After bringing my car in for an exterior wash and wax, I discovered a filmy residue along the rear inside trim and window. It cannot be removed. This was not there prior to the visit, and I met with the owner, Dan, who was pleasant but denied they caused the damage. Now I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do, and still deny. I’d also add the quality of the exterior product is poor. Find another place for your detailing.

Don’t work here. Don’t get your car cleaned here. Owner will literally sneak out his back second entrance to avoid dealing with customer complaints…

Threatened your staff and you Dan? You got to be joking because you’re the one who sounded stupid and called me out my name and told me to go fuck myself. Yes everyone who reads this the owner Dan Tilley said that to me over the phone when confronted him regarding my plate being shattered in his carwash. It’s ok Better Business Bureau has been contacted. My business is no longer needed? I was referred there by a friend when I was going to go to Carolina auto spa they do a better job than your car wash employees does. So therefore I did not plan on coming back Dan Tilley if you thought I was coming back to be treated badly you are wrong think again. Yes you did call me out my name my partner was sitting right beside me while on phone with you. Regardless if my plate was aftermarket or not I take great pride in what I work hard for. To all who reads this. Do not use this carwash!!! Just bad service! As you can read Dan Tilley the owner reply shows he do not give a care about your vehicles if anything breaks or is destroyed. I’m not angry just annoyed at people like you Dan Tilley. Now again you have a great day! I’m putting it out there about your business Dan Tilley. If I could give it a negative zero I would regarding this business. Look for me on other sites regarding my review regarding this business because I am going to put what happened to Me out there and let it be known. Thank you. The only one telling lies is you Dan Tilley and let’s not forget to mention scamming people out of their money.

I posted this review in response to a review my wife had posted on May 9^th @ 7:42 as a follow up to her’s. Her review was as follows, «Went to get car cleaned as a Mother’s Day present on Friday and we got more than we asked for – they forgot to close our sun roof and washed both the inside and outside of the car. The owner says it’s our fault and won’t do anything about it. I would consider another professional place to take your. This is not.» Now that my review is in the top 5 recommend reviews, the owner has now refused to repair the damage done to our car. The owner has now gone against his word as promised. So my rating of this company is not the 5 star review I gave when he apologized and said he would handle the issue because now he want.

They do a great job with the car wash. My only thing holding back the star level is how slow they are. It doesn’t matter if they are slammed with cars waiting for very little cars. No one has a sense of urgency here. I’m pulled in today with only 3 cars ahead of me. I’m still sitting after 45 minutes waiting for my car to finish.

Went here for several years. Jim, their President and Manager is a hard worker and a like able guy but the service quality has been dropping for about a year. I’ve had a wiper broken filled out a claim form (it happened when Jim was off site) and never heard from them, they’ve accidentally run my vehicle through with no water (no damage but a brief heart-​stopper!), and frankly their cleaning of the interior and windows has been inferior and getting worse for a while. Given the business I realize quality staffing must be difficult — but this is the business you’re in and have to do a better job. Another thing I’d noticed too is that over time some of the equipment has remain disabled. I’d estimate the wheel scrubber hasn’t worked in more than a year. Sadly, I made a change about 2 months ago to Bunkey’s. Right now, Bunkey’s does a better job on our 3 vehicles.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This is not the first time I have had less than stellar service here, but it will be the last.
I went in yesterday for a Gold wash on my 2015 Tacoma. Almost brand new, not very dirty at all, but I wanted to get a little bit of mud, and the road grime from the bad weather we had last week washed off. Needless to say, it was a terrible job. The windows were dirtier then when I went in, the wheels and the tires look terrible. There were water spots, water spots on a car I spent 30 dollars to get washed! The interior barely looked touched, and the floor mats were the same as when I left it for them to clean.
You would think after waiting an hour and a half I would at least be mostly OK with the job they did. I will not be coming back. I know that you really make your money on the details, and you seem to have good reviews on those. Maybe you should start focusing on all of your other services too.

I bought a gift card for a full interior shampoo and cleaning for my husband’s Nissan Titan. Dropped the vehicle off the day before and picked up next day. I was pleasantly suprised to see the outside of the vehicle had been washed. The vehicle looked like new both inside and out and its a 15 year old truck. The rims on this truck were immaculate and that along was a major task. Will definetly use Pristine Auto Spa again!

Last week i did car wash here. They are fast and waiting area is too great.
I would have given 5 if they have cleaned back seat of car. I took full car wash i think they called it Gold wash.

Disappointing. I purchased a Silver wash for $ 20. I needed to get the interior thoroughly vacuumed, dusted, and wiped down so that it sparkled. I was fine buying a more expensive package if it was necessary to get it done really well. I explained what I was looking for to the attendant and he recommended the Silver package. It took a solid 20 – 25 mins for the car to be ready, so I expected it to look really great. I was running late, so I did not have time to inspect it before taking off to an appointment. When I had a minute later to check it out, I could see a lot of obvious things that were missed — they did not wipe down the steering wheel, or clean the center console in the front seat (see pictures). The exterior looked great, and they vacuumed the interior and the trunk well. But it really seemed like they did a shoddy job with the interior cleaning. The shop itself is super nice, with a beautiful waiting room. But overall, for the price and the amount of time I waited, I have gotten far better service at other places in the area. I would suggest taking your business someplace else.

Solid car wash. I really like the service here. I have taken the cars several times over the last 2 years and have never been disappointed by their service. The waiting area is A class with seating, TV, computer and WiFi.

I took my SUV in on Friday when it was cloudy and easy to get in and have my vehicle cleaned. Opted for the $ 35 cleaning and was disappointed in the quality. Rims were not well cleaned, interior was still dirty in corners of the console and armrests, many bug stains left on windshield.
When my SUV was ready, the person cleaning waved in my direction to let me know he was done and walked over to start on another car before I headed over to the drying area. Since I was in a hurry, I made the mistake of leaving a tip and not checking vehicle. My mistake and failure to perform a quality control inspection is something I didn’t perform.
I did not check reviews prior to stopping to have car cleaned, but wished I had. The attention to detail is lacking and apparently has not changed over the past, based on prior reviews I have now seen. The lobby is nice, but that was the highlight of my visit. I will not be back and will seek other options, which is too bad since it is close to work.

It was my first time and This place was incredible since I first drove in. I was greeted by a helpful attendance that offered the best customer service. I was presented with the choices in details that I had to have my vehicle clean. I had chosen the silver package and was very pleased with the final result. My truck hadn’t been this clean and shiny (inside and out) since the day I first bought it. I am a happy customer and will be coming back every opportunity I get. Unfortunately I live in Maryland and visit Cary once or twice a year, but now I know where to get the best wash

Not worth your time. The inside cleaning was awful and nothing was actually cleaned.
Over priced!

One look at the absolutely clogged congestion at beginning and the end of the car wash was a pretty major red flag, which made me ask the question: How long will it take?
I was told politely and emphatically that it would take *at least* an hour to get a car wash on a Saturday not even before noon.
This is completely absurd for any car wash that’s been in business for longer than 6 months. How does any business owner find slow turnover like this acceptable for his bottom line? The more cars you process during business hours, the more money you make.
Went to Bunkey’s and was out in fifteen minutes.
Dear Pristine Auto Spa — Bunkeys is 4X more productive than you.
Let’s do some math —
For a $ 20.00 car wash:
Pristine Auto Wash — 1 car/​hour @ $ 20.00 = $ 20.00 /​hr
Bunkey’s — 4 cars/​hr @ $ 20.00×1 hour = $ 80 bucks an hour.
I can’t get behind any business that doesn’t understand this — high throughput is good for me and it’s good for you.

I have a friend that swears by this place so I decided to give it a shot. I’d been before, but it was quite a few years and cars back. I had high hopes since I was greeted by a friendly staff and and a warm, comfortable waiting area.
I opted for the $ 35 «platinum» cleaning, at that price range I would not expect to have to return home and re-​clean parts of the exterior of the car and clean the wheels myself. Another review said to walk around the car and point things out they missed — I actually did this but there were so many things missed I could have been there all day. I honestly would have been embarrassed as the employee to hand a car back as dirty as it still was, it was just so obviously poor. If I have to walk around to tell you how to do your job then you shouldn’t be doing it.
On a positive note the interior cleaning was quite good except for the windows which looked untouched.
Needless to say I won’t be back, I should have just stuck with doing it myself.
