I used to be very satisfied with I-too. Today Lakisha worked on my brows and gave me the worse, uneven brows which left one threaded straight across with very little arch. I believe her focus was more on trying to sell this tainting process that would eliminated having to apply brow pencil everyday. When I tried to show her the problem, she was more argumentative then helpful. Lately it’s hard to get them to follow specific directions. Despite the cleanliness, and politeness of most of the ladies and more than 2 years of patronizing that location, I will not be going back! Will definitely stop my credit card charge for this unprofessional disservice.

I wish I could give negative stars. So I go in today for some waxing and let’s just say I left feeling offended, physically injured and ridiculed. I had been there earlier in the week to have other services performed and I set up an appointment for a bikini wax. When I walk in the lady that performed the services last time says to everyone present«oh she(talking about me) doesn’t want a Brazilian.» Another employee at the counter said«why not, too clean for your liking?» NOT that it’s any of their business what MY preferences for MY nether regions are… I went on to explain that my husband and I both prefer it that way. To which they LAUGH and say well that’s surprising. The resounding sentiment that comes to mind is WHATTHE F****!!! I had half a mind to turn around and walk out, but unfortunately I don’t have another time in my schedule to have this done. So I follow a different lady back to the room, and usually when I get waxed they make sure the fabric is taut to your skin before they pull… Well she didn’t. She kept pulling on the fabric before it had properly adhered to the skin/hair. So basically it felt like she was ripping my skin off every time. Then when I asked her to stop(fairly close to the end) she also laughs at me and says«you’re too sensitive». Lady… You’re too un-skilled!!! In any case, they do ok for threading, but they are a class-less act when it come to waxing. I will not be back for any services whatsoever.

Although the associates were nice, my eyebrow experience was not the best. I have thick brows and after the first round they were still thick and unshaped. I told her to make them thinner and she only took off a little bit more. Not the best shaper so I will have to clean them up myself but it was okay. I might give them another chance.

People stop me to ask where I go to get my eyebrows arched at least twice a week. Sara is beyond wonderful and has the precision of freakin Michelangelo when shaping my brows.

The last time I was here at I too, Nadia threaded my eye brows. She did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the look of my brows. I will continue to frequent this facility when I need my eyebrows done right.

THEE worst threading I EVER had! Went in, and gave clear instructions that I didn’t want thin eyebrows and even stopped her once I got a glance and asked her again to make she she just cleaned up my brows but didn’t make them thinner. When I left my brows were pencil width. I was so angry. It’s not like I could tell her to put the hair back on. Now I have to use a pencil until they grow back. Avoid this place of watch them step by step and coach them. Either way I wish I had avoided this place all together.

Recently moved to the area from NYC and I’m glad I found this place. Nikita did my eyebrows and they are probably the best threading I’ve had. She managed to keep the thickness and length and gave me a nice arch. They were so neat in the end. All the women who thread have good pacing so the wait isn’t too long. Definitely will be going back again!

They are great! They listen to what you want and they follow directions. They are also talkative and friendly. I have had Nadia and Nikita do my brows and they are both very good at what they do! I will come back(on Wednesday to be exact)! And they are moderate in their pricing($ 7 for threading) which is great because its crazy how much some of these places are charging these days! They also have specials like if you get a facial or Brazilian you get a free threading,

I’ve been coming here for about a year. It’s the only threading place in the location without having to drive in town. Ok Salam is the only one that can thread. I’ve tried other stylist there in her absence but they always jack up my eyebrows. My last visit was the last straw. This other stylist did not clean or shape one of my brows right. I don’t understand how a stylist doesn’t notice the difference. It was very noticable. From my experience dealing with this shop, either somone will take off too much or barely clean your brow up. Each time I had to wait for my regular person to come back and correct the mess. This stuff been occuring long enough to not have people on the floor that cannot properly thread right. Everyone seems to flock to one particular stylist and it’s for a reason. When she’s not present it’s NOONE that can back her up. And I think that’s a shame, especially money wise…

I will not be going back here. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded at Saylah in Atlanta for a while now and while I am 100% satisfied with them, having to drive up to Atlanta can be an inconvenience and I wanted to find something closer to home. I decided to give I Too a shot after reading the other reviews on here, but I am sad to say that my experience was nothing like most of these people. I’m not sure that my technician really knew what she was doing. At Saylah, I’m in and out in less than five minutes, and I’ve never experienced any sort of pain while I’m getting threaded. At I Too, it took at least three times that long, and I was openly weeping by the end of it. It was SO painful, but that wasn’t even the worst part. After the woman finished my eyebrows, she mumbled something at me and I had no idea what she was saying and I was still laying back with my eyes closed. I figured that she asked if I wanted a tissue or something but no, in actuality she asked if I wanted my upper lip threaded, because as soon as I said«uhhh yes?» she started ripping out all of the little baby hairs above my mouth. I almost screamed. I have literally never been in so much pain in my life. And of course once she started, I couldn’t just walk out of there with half a mustache, so I just had to sit there and deal with it. I always heard that if you are in a fire, the first few minutes are incredibly painful while the fire is searing through your flesh but once it gets through your nerves, there’s no pain. That’s pretty much how my threading experience at I Too was. By the end of it, my entire face was numb and I couldn’t feel a thing. It’s been 2 weeks since this experience, and you can’t even tell that I ever had my eyebrows done. They didn’t look that good when I got them done but I really expected the results to last a little longer. She left a bunch of random hairs all over my brows and I dunno, it just wasn’t a high quality experience. On the plus side, it was cheap. I can’t wait to go back to Saylah.

They were really friendly but the lady that did my eyebrows did not know how to properly thread eyebrows. I’ve been doing my eyebrow for years and its never looked this bad. She didn’t really shape it and missed spots so it did not look clean. I do threading over waxing because of the shape and clean look after. This was disappointing. :(She attempted several times to fix it when I showed her where but it still didn’t look like anything I’m use too. It doesn’t even look like I threaded it.

OMG Morrow, what a pleasant surprise you got for us here! Wonderful service: fast, precise, clean, pain-free, and no marks/bruises after(yes I have been scarred in the past with waxing). Allegedly threading is superior to waxing in that it is less likely to expedite aging effects(sagging) around the eyes. All I know is that it feels and looks much better. And it is less expensive.

Today was my first time at this salon and my first time doing an eyebrow threading. The salon is nice and clean, and a woman named Salma did my eyebrows. She is a little bit quiet but nice. I told her it was my first time(I usually wax them) and she said I would need to come back in 2 weeks(I guess for a touch up). I think the first time hurts the worst(don’t quote me on that). It was $ 7, but if you post a positive review on twitter/facebook before you have your service done they will only charge you $ 6. I didn’t do that because that made me think all they wanted was good reviews they couldn’t back up. It felt different than I expected and lasted less than five minutes. Also, I am pretty fair skinned so I am red after getting my eyebrows waxed for maybe 30 minutes. After threading(they do not use any lotions/products, just the thread) and in less than five minutes my face was not red at all. Also they had pretty good deals when I walked in that I didn’t have time to do anything else and this was my trial run on the salon. If you bought a brazilian, facial, etc. then you got a free eyebrow threading. I would look at their website for their deals. I wish I knew ahead of time. I don’t live in Morrow, but I am there often so I will prob go back.

Do you barely have any eyebrows(like me) and fear that you could possibly end up looking like a government scientific experiment gone wrong if too much of your eyebrows are taken off? Well FEARNOT! I used to feel that way with waxing however, threading allows for a more intimate reach of the hairs and removal is very deliberate. I’ve been going here for about a year now. And my most recent visit was today. I’m the occasional threader and every time I sit in the chair I get a «It’s been a while huh?» comment lol! I really just don’t have time to do my eyebrows and they’re not naturally bushy. I love threading because its natural. It feels good to not have to put hot chemicals on my face anymore! Wait time: Usually none. And if there is then its always like 1 or 2 people ahead of me. The actually duration of the threading depends on who you get and how long it’s been since your last threading/waxing lol! But no more thing 15 minutes! Prices: $ 7 And it’s been this way since I started going over a year ago! At one point they even had a special where if you booked an appointment on monday it would only be $ 5! I’m not sure if they’re still doing that but you can call and see. Cheapest I’ve seen. Service: I’ve never been offered the drinks and things like a reviewer mentioned but that’s probably because there is never a wait when I arrive. My eyebrows always comes out great! I’ll be honest it is a bit painful to me but so is waxing. It’s so weird because I always end with water(that isn’t from crying) in my eyes. It’s like theres some link between my eyebrows and tear ducts! But they always have a box of tissue they offer after :). They also offer Brazilian waxes, henna, all of it! They sell an oil(I think argan oil? but don’t quote me!) imported from India for $ 4 that helps your brows grow. Haven’t tried yet, but I might. I recommend. My fam is coming by this weekend and I’m definitely going to take them here.

I have been getting my brows threaded here for about 6 months. They always do a great job for a great price. It’s actually cheaper than waxing! Short wait(if any), friendly staff, and comfortable, clean environment.

Sister needed her eyebrows cleaned up. First off, my mom works at a spa and she waxed plenty of eyebrows(including ours). So why not get our eyebrows done for free at home? Well because 1) we’re THAT picky about our eyebrows, 2) she wanted to try threading for a change, and I willingly let her be the guinea pig. Since we lived near the area, we decided to go to the I-Too in morrow hoping that my sister doesn’t come out with chola eyebrows. And she didn’t! Threading was painful because she gotten teary throughout the whole process but the employee didn’t over-thread. However, I thought she could have left a little bit more hair on the head of the eyebrows. But overall, my sister left with natural brows. They only charge $ 7 for eyebrow threading and they also offer many more hair removal services. Wait time was minimum and they also offer complimentary(atlest i think so) sweets and juice while you wait. Will be back!
