Monkey Joes

MY EXPERIENCE HERE! First time ever coming to any monkey joe’s. Well I attended a birthday party here this week, and I must say I wish I could rate this place a minus 0! The party mom paid a little over $ 300 for 1hour in the party room and 3 hours in the facility. The owner tried to bill her for $ 390. Once the host made them aware of there mistake they were so nonchalant about their mistake but reluctantly fixed it. The owner/​manager was extremely unprofessional. She called the police on the host of the party just because she brought silly strings and the kids were playing with that in the party room. She stated that «silly string was not allowed and that we would have to clean it up our self»…REALLY!!! I said wow ok. I would help clean it up. But the host was understandably upset at the managers attitude and unprofessional behavior. And she let her know how rude it was for her to come in there and yell that way in front of children. Than she left. I was leaving out of this place about to enter my SUV with my little ones and the some idiot police guy says excuse me can you come here and i state what is it that want? It’s cold out and i need to get us out of the cold. He says the lady inside said your being disruptive… AT THAT MOMENT I SAID NOTHING TO THIS FOOL with a uniform. I simply go in and look at the lady and say what do you want. She says «OH no officer this is NOT the women I called about» Than he looks at her ands says” but you told me me to get her for you” I stated this is ridiculous and that the manager was unprofessional and ignorant for calling you because of the host allowing children to play with silly string… and that at any rate it was cleaned up. So what is her problem. she was just being unprofessional and useless to society .I left them standing there looking at each other. i have NO time for this nonsense. Things like this is what makes me disgusted with the human race. The owner or manager whom ever she claimed to be has no Scruples!
The bounce houses have imprinted on them that they are sanitized by some reputable cleaning company! I think not… several parents along with me made complaints to the staff about the bounce houses being covered with food and dirt no I mean literally dirt from outside. Plus they are not organized more when it comes to which age group should be in a particular bounce house. There were older kids jumping in the smaller children’s bounce houses. that’s so unsafe. You have to literally be with your children at each bounce house. Or risk older kids jumping on them. Very very sad this place is still operating. They need a total over haul from management/​owner to staff and even some of the patrons who were basically ok with a place like this. As they just watched as there kids trampled over the little ones. Not ours little children we would never have or attend another party at a place like this. Our back yard is just as big as the entire place so i’d much rather rent a few bouncers and place them in my back yard as we’ve done in the past for our little ones birthdays! WILL NEVER RETURN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! TRY ANOTHER MONKEY JOE’S PLEASE!

For $ 26 dollars I got 3 blowup bouncies. I was very disappointed. I have been to other monkey joes and my kids loved it. This one is not good at all.
