Dr. Gordon preformed bi-​lateral total knee replacement on me 02.02.15. He explained that my case was difficult. Dr. Gordon answered all of my questions and conveyed pros, cons as well as what to expect after my surgery and while in rehab. I have always found him to be a good listener as well as thorough. He has always been timely with my pre-​op and post-​op appointments. Dr. Gordon’s staff has always been efficient, responsive and professional. I now have no knee pain! The results of my surgery has been life changing in all positive ways! I highly recommend Dr. Gordon as your orthopedic surgeon!!! Bennett B.

I found Dr. Gordon and his staff to be cold heartless arrogant medical professionals. While he is highly qualified he only cares about you if he does surgery on you. He never returned my phone calls even though I was crying and asking for help. When I asked him he said, «I NEVER return phone call». When I came for my second appointment (at 4:00) he kept me waiting and saw every patient scheduled after me, making me wait until 5:40 to see him for 10 minutes. No apology for his «lateness». Quite the arrogant prima doña. There are many, many highly skilled orthopedic surgeons out there who actually care about their patients. He is not one of them!

My sister had a terrible experience with Dr. Gordon and his staff. She has lupus and has been experiencing intense hip and back pain. She has previously had hip replacement surgery on both hips. She was told she had to have an MRI before he would see her, but she is severely claustrophobic. She tried and failed to complete the MRI. She called the doctor’s office and was treated rudely and was told there were no alternatives. She went online and found that there is indeed an alternative, a standing MRI. She had it done and returned to the office. She was made to wait two hours and was again treated rudely. The doctor told her he is not in the business of offering support or sympathy. The physician told her he was unaware that standing MRI’s were available. He recommended that she follow up with a pain specialist and treat the back and to only return if she does not get any relief.
Needless to say, she will never return to that practice.
