Specifically picked UPS 2ND DAY DELIVERY — paid an extra 26 dollars for delivery. They shipped is USPS Post office. I emailed them about it and said — don’t worry it will still get there in 2 days. First of all — you charged me 5 times the amount of the post office delivery for UPS second day — and it did not get here in 2 days — it took 5 days to get here. Then I had to fight them back and forth to refund the difference in shipping. Why would I pay for UPS and get sent USPS in a small padded envelope that cost them 1.50 to ship. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They will try and nickel and dime you to make extra money on your shipping preferences. Who knows what else they will do. They literally fought me tooth and nail for the refund on the shipping and kept closing the «tickets» that they use. Until i told them I was posting a public review — then all of a sudden i got a refund on the difference for shipping and an apology. Find somewhere else to shop — not good people at all.

This company made a slight error. And then when I asked them about it they just kept giving me the run around. They told
Me that they were acting in my best interest to protect me. But they were complete jerks about it. Their «fraud» department worker Art Melnikov treated me very rudely and with a huge arrogance that acted like I was nothing.
I will never order anything from here nor will I ever recommend this site to anyone. Customer service skills found here are so significantly sub standard. I’m sure you will be fine and not even notice anything unless you happen to have an error with your order. And then you will get to experience the joy that is working with pure arrogance and disdain.
The whole time all anyone would have had to say was «sorry for the inconvenience». But instead they acted like I was an idiot.

STAY AWAY!!!
I read numerous reviews on other sites stating how difficult and shady this company could be. The price lured me in and I had a hard time steering clear. As I was about to order the part, a CALIBER V-​NOSE RAMP for a snowmobile trailer I decided to call them directly.
The gentlemen that answered the phone was very polite and asked what was I purchasing. I mentioned the above product and wanted him to confirm that they had it in stock. The gentlemen reassured me that the product was correct and that the website was accurate and up to date.
I insisted that he confirm prior to making the purchase. After about 5 minutes on hold he came back and stated that the item was a CALIBER SALT SHIELD.
I confirmed that it was a Salt shield and not the not a ramp. At this point he knew he had been caught and admitted that the item listed was not the item they were selling. I can only imagine what the return shipping and restocking fee would have been, nightmare averted.
The gentlemen stated that he would correct the website… we will see.

I ordered accessories for my motorcycle on Monday night and had it in hand Wednesday night of the same week without paying for expedited service or delivery. They had the cheapest price for my Cobra sissy bar out of 24 dealers on Google Shopping.
I am wary of the «cheapest» dealer generally, but would order from them again.
