Couldn’t have been happier with the service, Peter will bend over backwards to do what ever it takes to make your life as easy as possible. Price was excellent too! Peter came down to the south side of the city to do all the fittings at my house at no extra charge, he also picked the tuxes up from the hotel the next day at no extra charge. I would recommend this place to everyone for any occasion.

Peter and his whole family really know customer service. My brother used them for tuxedo rentals for his wedding. The fit was fabulous! For my wedding, I need a specific color shirt and tie to go with my suit. Peter was able to show me several different options and helped me come up with the best one.

Fabulous find! After having tried another tux rental shop and ending up very disappointed (two days before ETHS’s prom), we came to Emanuele’s in a panic.
The service was speedy and impeccable and so was the tux my son was fitted for on the spot. We were in and out with the tux in-​hand in less than an hour! He looked fabulous and he felt like a million bucks.

I used Emanuele Tuxedo for my wedding on Sept 27, 2014. The service was truly exceptional. My brother, my kids and my nephews all were part of the bridal party; all the measurements were perfect (even the phoned in one from Canada). I got married ⁸⁄₃₁ and I can honestly say the service and quality of the tuxedos we got from Emanuele’s was top notch. My wife loved how I looked.
Emanuele’s came to my house to do my measurements with my brothers, father, father-​in-​law, and a groomsman. There was no additional cost for this service. He came to our house in Glen Ellyn from Morton Grove. The other sizes we called in from other locations because groomsmen were out of town.
They delivered the tuxes to our hotel in the city. We had them delivered the day before the wedding and the owner came to make sure everything fit well. We had to have several items adjusted and they took the pieces back to their store, made the adjustments, then turned around and brought them back to the hotel AGAIN on the same day (in Saturday of Labor Day weekend traffic, no less)! It was great. We got back from our rehearsal dinner and had everything we needed.
After the wedding/​reception, we just left everything at the desk and all of the tuxes were picked up that afternoon. Emanuele’s gave my wedding party and I great customer service, an incredibly reasonable price, and delivered to our hotel (I can’t tell you how clutch that was).
Don’t let one person’s bad review – from someone who evidently didn’t actually use Emanuele’s services – dissuade you. They’re busy because they’re great. Call ahead and make an appointment if you must, but check them out. They’re great.

We had our wedding in June, and I had 7 guys & 3 boys that needed modern, slim tuxedos. Pete and staff came through for us, great looking suits for a great price. I will definitely come to Emanuele’s again.

The guys at Emanuele Tuxedo were extremely helpful. My groomsmen and I rented our tuxedos for my wedding here. The service was fast, efficient, and painless. My out of town groomsmen were able to get their measurements from their local tuxedo rental place and send it in to Emanuele. As far as I know, everything went with out a hitch. It was also nice that we could leave our tuxes at the front desk of the hotel where we had our reception, and Emanuele was able to pick up the tuxes. I have a been in a number of weddings, and i will say the prices here have been cheaper than most of the other weddings i have been in.

First things first, when I see multiple «reviews» from people with near to no activity or friends with glowing recommendations or reviews I always am skeptical. Take a good look at some of these reviews… because I honestly don’t think they are a true. After a busy day of quinceañera planning we arrived to this place as I decided to give it a shot and the fact that we were literally across the street at the time.
We walked in looking to get info on tuxedos rentals and loved the merchandise everywhere. We were not greeted right away or ever actually but I’ll get there shortly. That’s fine, as they looked busy do we walked around a bit and really were interested in specific items. After trying to figure out who worked here we attempted to get some help.
This place was either SEVERELY understaffed or these people were having a HORRIBLE day! I was ignored by one women when I tried getting her attention but she was approaching another customer so I gave her space as she could’ve been already working with them. What looked to be the manager was taking care of another customer so I stood by so he knew I was waiting and was not addressed. There was no acknowledgement on his part and was very rude when he finally did saying «it’s gonna be a while for you». I’m a very patient person and didn’t mind waiting because I love to wander about and browse but the wait just to get a question was absurd.
The fact that most of the seating was filled with clothing that looked like people were trying out put me off. It looked like a bunch of teenage kids were staying here or something!
Horrendous service and a train wreck of an experience I had no choice but to walk out of here.
Shame on these businesses that use fake reviews to try and push their business so please fellow Unilocalers don’t fall for this one! You’re not missing anything here but some attitude!

This place is the real deal when it comes to personal service, customer satisfaction and price point! I had been invited to an event at the last minute that was tux mandatory and they hooked me up and gave me a great deal. Couldn’t have been nicer either. Don’t bother with places like Men’s Warehouse (who I got a price quote from for the same event that ALL tux rental facilities were offering discounts to attendees and their prices were double!).
I always try to shop with smaller ‘mom and pop’ businesses whenever I can and it’s know wonder why they’ve got other great reviews on Unilocal as well! I definitely will use them again.

I rated this business with five stars because I have been provided with exceptional service on more than one occasion. Peter has helped me find very sharp tuxedos at competitive prices for my prom back in 2006, several weddings after that, my own wedding in 2013, and hopefully many more for friends and family that I have referred.
Not only did Peter provide me with quality service at an outstanding price, but he also made me and the guys during my wedding look amazing. He was very accommodating with all the specific requests of shoe and jacket sizes, and even helped us out by extending the return of the suits another day. This is a quality business which represents Morton Grove very well; one which I will always value. Currently, I am having my suit tailored there and expect it to look very nice!

I am a retired wedding photographer who used to own a tuxedo, but does not now. I needed to rent a tux for a wedding where I was a guest. I wanted a classic, single breasted notch-​lapel jacket.
Peter treated me very well, indeed. Everything was ready on time, cleaned and pressed, and fit properly. I had a choice of shirts included; I chose the wing collar.
In my opinion, there is no better place to go when you need tuxedos!
