I go to the McDonald’s quite often I live I work couple blocks away several times my burgers turn out bad someone just poured to much salt and pepper I spoke with the people at McDonald’s I asked not to do that again or just make me a fresh one or whatever if it’s happening like this I also asked for french fries because every time I get there The fries are stale and old and I asked place at least one time doesn’t happen today I order food again and unfortunately I got the same thing old stale I’m not happy

Bad food, to expensive, BK is better so that not saying much for McDonalds, Do the big bosses see these reviews, doubt it! False advertisement with your commercials, your food is terrible —2 fish filets w/​large fries for over $ 10 bucks, that’s robbery for a sandwich so small and dry, not even cheese or sauce, and there large shakes are about 6sips worth — rip off!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Went there today and ordered 3 happy meals with chocolate milks. We get the receipt and see an 87 cent up charge fee for the milks because they were chocolate. Seriously? When we asked, they said at the Morton Grove store they do things like that. They definitely lost my business!

I’ve eaten here many times for well over a decade, majority of the time out of convenience. Regardless of its recent renovation, it’s your basic, run-​of-​the-​mill McDonalds. However, one of the reviewers on here is right: there’s NO shortage of times they mess up orders. I’ve experienced it many times firsthand, seen others go thru with it, in all of these years, regardless of who’s working there at the moment. It never fails. There are times where orders are done right and in a timely manner, but far too many times where they aren’t.

Have a sign on the door in handwriting that read «now hiring teenagers» that’s discrimination. If an older person walked up looking for a job they feel they automatically don’t qualify I told a manager on duty that night but saw it again the next day still posted.

Majority of the time my food comes out fresh, there are exceptions but of course every place is like that. The staff is nice and everything on the menu and their services are pretty much the same as every other McDonald’s. Good for a quick bite but the location is a hassle to get into and maneuver out of.

Definitely not fast food! Unbelievably slow, your order will definitely get screwed up, and don’t even think about a special order. Once maybe, but 5+ times, no thanks. I’ll head elsewhere.
