They used to be really quick and reliable for printing services (I am big on sending big print jobs off instead of wasting my home printer’s ink), but lately their staff doesn’t seem to know how to use a computer. Most recently, I sent a .pdf to them via their website for next day pick up and spaced about it… sent my husband in 2 days later and it wasn’t even ready to pick up, and they had no clue how to retrieve the file and had to call someone. How hard could it really be to download and print a file? And why didn’t they figure it out on MONDAY when the website told me it would be ready? If I wanted to stand around their store waiting on them to fumble with their computer, I would have walked in with my file on a jump drive. Staples from here on out – their staff knows how to use their computers and the print jobs are ready to go when they say they will be!
