Center Harbor Dock & Pier LLC

10 years ago I contracted them to build a dock at my Winni waterfront. Due to the unique shoreline and depth of the water they recommended a floating dock, building a walkway to the dock. It was October, and if I signed the contract now and put down 50% they would hold the prices. I did this and waited till spring for the new dock. They told me the next spring they would get the dock in by May 10^th. So I arranged to pick up the boat on the 15^th. I came up on the 12^th, no dock. Called, they were busy… by the 17^th at the latest. Waited for the 17^th… no dock. Called. they made a mistake on the contract. I needed to pay an extra $ 1,000.00 for parts to install the dock.
Now 10 years later I figured, ok, use them again, maybe they are better. All I wanted was them to put a raft out and add an anchor. Weeks go by, they called said they were busy, when did I need the raft out. No rush on my part June 29 is the latest. Ok. I arrive on the 29^th no raft. Called. Oh didn’t they do it no? Oh, needed extra parts. And by the way they were miffed by my comments on the Winni blog.
So after the last go around… unless you don’t care what you pay or when it is done or changing the price the day before installation!!!
