H & J Services Carpet Cleaning

I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. Made an appointment. They never showed up. Called and was told they’d be an hour later (after waiting 4 hours) and they never showed up. I repeat. Never showed up. I ended up paying fines for being late out of our apartment and for not getting the carpets professionally cleaned. They had no interest in fixing the problem (of them never showing up) and groupon graciously reimbursed me, as they had problems with them in the recent past.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I asked to the manager. They person who answered the phone is apparently the manager. He couldn’t handle the situation.

My carpets have never looked cleaner. We had tried a different Green carpet cleaning company awhile back. While they were good, they just couldn’t get our carpets that clean.
Enter in Mark who my parents swear by and have been using since forever! My kind, loving, generous parents called Mark to see if he could work miracles on our carpets that really needed a bath. With a new baby on the way, they wanted to make sure the carpets were clean. Thank you mom and dad.
Mark does an excellent job and left our carpets looking new.
He got a really stubborn stain out of our carpet. I can’t even tell that there was a stain there!
He really goes the extra mile. He even cleaned a little rug we had outside our front door.
The chemicals are not overpowering at all. Sometimes you need chemicals to get out the really tough stains. The carpet is a little damp, but overall dries pretty fast.
I would highly recommend Mark to anyone. Such a personable and friendly guy. I couldn’t be happier with his services.
