Since 1998, Outsource Receivables, Inc. has been the premier receivables management resource for medical offices in the Upper Midwest with our headquarters located in Mounds View, Minnesota. Owners Dan and Gwen Smits started Outsource Receivables Inc. as a medical collections agency. The company quickly grew from a two person, owned and operated office to one that today employs over 20 people. ORI has since shifted its services to provide all facets of the medical billing process to mid-​size independent practices. In 2013, Joe Kubisiak joined as an owner to contribute to achieving the mission and vision of ORI.
