History

Established in 1990.

Originally opened in 1986 by Patirica Domser PT the practice grew with partner Julie plummer PT now the longest PT owned practice in Carroll County. Julie and Patricia are in the clinics each day treating patients. Specializing in Orthopedic injuries and Hand rehabilitation. The practice includes MT Airy, Westminster, Taneytown and Hampstead locations.

Business Owner

University of Maryland Medical School Dept of PT Grad Julie continues to practice in the outpatient orthopedic setting with a particular interest in knee injuries. Also skilled in craniosacral and myofascial treatments. Her pleasure is being in the clinic treating patients but spend a good deal of time with business operations when out of the office.
