Don’t do it! Call someone else! Aaron came out twice to look at my situation then said he would call with an estimate which he did. But wait there is more! I was told that I would hear soon as to a date for the install, After 3 weeks I called him and he said he had forgot and would call back in 5 or 10 minutes with a date and time, That was 2 weeks ago…

Had Aaron’s install 3 garage door openers at our home. They never came out to measure before providing an estimate (gave an estimate based on what another company estimated for us). They were less expensive and could get to us quicker so we decided to give them a shot.
The installer showed up yesterday and then realized that he did not have the brackets needed to hang the openers from our tall ceilings. Someone had to bring the brackets to him. My wife had to leave before the installation was complete and asked to be notified when they were done.
We did not receive a call and when I arrived home I was excited to try out our new garage door openers… But they were not functional; the openers were not plugged in.
My wife spoke with Aaron this morning and he said we would have to use extension cords or pay an electrician to come out and install longer cords. This was unacceptable.
I spoke with Aaron and told him that we expected to have working openers when they were finished with the installation and that I wanted him to have someone come out and install longer power cords. He informed me that they are not electricians and they do not do that. I said that when I paid for the installation, that I expected to have working openers when they were finished; he said that I was being unreasonable in my demands.
I said we had 3 options:
1– he send an electrician out to install longer cords
2– he send someone out to remove the equipment
3– I get 3 free openers since they said we wouldn’t pay until we were satisfied and we aren’t satisfied.
He informed me that there would be a charge to remove the openers. After much back and forth we finally came to an agreement; he will have the openers uninstalled free of charge on Monday and we will find another provider.
I am sure that if you have a standard installation then they probably do a fine job; but I should have known this wouldn’t end well as soon as he said he didn’t need to come out to give us an estimate.
Please do support local businesses, but ask questions up front and get everything in writing to protect both parties.

Based on reviews I’ve read, it appears this company is great once you get your foot in the door. But until then, good luck getting calls answered or appointments honored. Below is my experience.
Aaron went to the trouble to come all the way to my house and assess my repair situation. He gave me a verbal ballpark quote and said he can call me within 30 minutes with my quote while I head back to the office. No call. I waited a few days and texted. He said to send my email address. I did. I never heard anything since (been over a week). Mind you, I was about ready to drop $ 600 (track correction, top panel replaced, new door opener install) and he couldn’t be bothered to issue a quote! Meanwhile, my garage door barely works.
Dear reader: I’d recommend you seek a more reliable company.

Very disappointing. I had an appointment set for them to repair my garage door and install a new motor. Not only did the tech NOT show up but they never called after my repeated calls to determine what was going on. I would not recommend this company.

We previously had Aaron’s Garage Door out to fix a broken spring a few years back. Thankfully they placed a little sticker next to our opener so we remembered who serviced it last time.
Yesterday, our door broke. Some of the pins were worn and were causing the door to get stuck and warp the railing. Eli with Aaron’s Garage Door showed up within the promised window of time. He was very friendly and pleasant, even with our small children who were curious about this giant man there to fix the garage door.
In no time, Eli had replaced the faulty pins with new vinyl-​coated ones (extra quiet compared to bare metal ones!), and adjusted the railings/​tracks to make sure the door opened and closed smoothly. He tested it out several times to ensure all was well. Best of all, the price was very competitive and within budget.

I called Aaron after moving into a home in metro nashville. Weather stripping was in horrid condition. They came out the next day and even had the extra auto garage door key pad opener I had forgot to mention. Made sure both my doors were programmed and working before they left, prompt and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

I called Aaron and he quoted me a price and it was far less than his competitors. They were going to charge me $ 29 to come out and $ 100 for a $ 5 part. So I called Aaron back and made an appointment for the next morning. He called and was there when he said he would be. He fixed the door and told me about maintenance that I needed to do on the door. Fast, Prompt, and Fair pricing!
