Over the past 26+ years, Bobby has established himself as an extremely knowledgeable real estate professional in literally every facet of the real estate business. Bobby has a track record of a consistant high level of consumer satisfaction. His sales method is more like a teacher, rather than what a consumer would call a typical salesperson. As a matter of fact, Bobby is regularly called upon to teach other real estate professionals on both a local and statewide level. Bobby’s easy going style is a fantastic advantage for his clients during the sometime tedious negotiations that can take place in a transaction. Not only does Bobby provide excellent counsel to the normal homeseller, he has had extensive experience in the areas of first time homebuying, new construction, lot and land sales, estate sales, foreclosures and short sales. Being a life long Middle Tennessee resident, Bobby not only can brings a current, but also a historical, perspective to the real estate market.
