Not a very good environment. The office was dirty and not organized at all. The staff is very unfriendly, and don’t know a thing. I was actually told that I was lucky Dr. Frankle even took my insurance. I had questions about my son’s first visit and when I spoke to a girl named Amy she went out of her way to tell me how long she is been doing her job, she talked over me and was extremely rude and not understanding at all. I will not recommend taking your child to this office. Trust me
