First time at this Chili’s and it had a very nice ambiance. Had dinner with family because my wife received a gift card. The selection of food was good and it looked like the menu had been redone. I had one of the bowls and it was delicious. One concern I had was about payment. Our waitress told us about this Ziosk thing that we could pay from. The interface was easy to understand but it did not split our checks for us. That seemed to take up more time for us and the waitress so the Ziosk doesn’t seem to be convenient. Also, unsure if a more streamlined way of paying is needed but I paid with a giftcard and was unable to tip our waitress because I wanted to tip with a debit card after paying with the giftcard. I explained that to our waitress and she agreed to it, then came back with the receipt and I gave her the debit card for the tip and she said that I can’t tip with the debit card.

Won’t be back. Husband and I went for the 2 for 20 deal. Appetizer choice is limited with cheap fried food or chips with salsa or guac. We would never choose this as an appetizer. The dinner choices were cheap as well. The food was not very good and we left feeling unimpressed.

Yikes! Dirty, dirty, dirty! The meal wasn’t remarkable — wasn’t great, wasn’t bad. The service was inattentive. We ate our dessert with our dirty entrée plates still on the table. I paid the check at the table-top computer. That’s when my daughter noticed the buildup on the water glass. It was so thick, she could scrape it off with her finger. Upon closer scrutiny, none of the dishware appeared clean. It took forever for a server to appear in the dining area so I could request to speak to the manager. He promptly came out and I showed him the glasses. He appeared unconcerned. I was told that they were aware of the problem and were«dealing with it», then he mentioned that they had been dealing with it for«9 years» and that they«meet standards». I suggested that if that is their standard, their standards are too low. Unfortunately I will not be returning to that restaurant.

I’ve been going to Chili’s now for 20 years. Not so much lately and tonight confirmed why. My ribs must have been microwaved because the ends were chewey. There was very little bbq sauce and they were served warm not hot. My son ordered ribs to and his were good but since I pay the bill I’m giving the rating.

Tried the endless enchiladas recently. The beef and cheese options were scams, they had no particular flavor. The only variety I’d recommend is the chicken with salsa verde. Even then, unfortunately all varieties were over-laden with salt. Way too salty, and I can handle a bit, too. The service was not nice, but it was efficient thanks to the manager stepping in.

I’ve eaten at this Chilis restaurant off Church Rd several times. I like it for its reasonable prices and quick service. Even on a Saturday night when most other restaurants in the area are super busy, the wait time at this Chilis has never been longer than five minutes. You also find a parking spot easily. Now let’s talk about service and prices. If you hate cooking but don’t want to spend a $ 100 every time you eat out, this restaurant is perfect for you. They have a lot of options for a customer on a budget. A couple of waiters are really excellent, some not so attentive. The food is good for the price, not extraordinary. The endless enchiladas is a pretty good deal for $ 9.99. We also like their southwestern eggrolls, tacos and quesadillas, and mango-chile tilapia. I don’t care for their options on the 2 for $ 20 menu, so I always end up spending more and ordering from their regular menu. I’m sure that’s exactly what they want! Personally I like Qdoba or Chipotle better, for Mexican-style items, comparing taste and value, but Chilis is a typical sports bar/restaurant, so I like the seating better. It’s a little more cozy ambiance, than your regular fastfood joint. You can also order drinks, if you drink(I’m a non-drinker). Overall, this restaurant offers good value for money, but don’t expect a super awesome dining experience. Keep it real. I wouldn’t consider this restaurant if you’re out on a first date, but if you’ve been married for long and not looking to impress anyone, sure, enjoy some time away from your couch, at this restaurant.

Love this Chili’s, although I wish it had an outdoor space. The food is always hot, and the manager, Andrew, is awesome! He always pitches in, and makes sure service is fast and efficient. So often managers are just walking around, never contributing to the efficient flow of service. Andrew keeps things going, and makes you feel welcome and appreciated.

Decided to go out tonight, found a coupon for free appetizer so I picked the place. My wife and boys went to dinner which we live in Delran but food quality is poor I said Mt Laurel. Waitress was kind of rushing us a little but helpful in deciding when we were placing our order. We had the boneless wings which we tasty but too spicy for the rest of the family. My wife asked to have the corn salsa removed from the chicken salad which was no problem and the dressing on the side which the waitress repeated the entire order with no problems. Food came out fast, hot and we’ll prepared except the dressing was on the salad. The waitress apologized and said to try it and if it’s not good she would make another? We kept going which we we accepted, then the waitress came back when I asked to have my boys sodas refilled and said did I want another beverage(beer) which wasn’t even ½“gone? I said not yet but she said I just want to put it on the ck and have it ready for me? I said ok, not sure why but I wanted another anyway. My son overhead her saying to another employee when your ready to go so am i. She dropped the ck and I noticed the price for the beer was the same price for a 22oz as the 16oz? As she was going by in a flash I asked about the price difference ? She sounded puzzled? Her reply was well it should be a dollar difference between the two and like I got a deal on the 22oz? She said she would say something to the manager. She flew by again stopped and said the temp manager? Couldn’t help out so just deduct $ 1.00 if I wanted to? NOTGOODCUSTOMERSERVICE if you ask me! No visit from the Manager and the waitress was gone and never returned. Thus us my second time at this location and might night go back. it wasn’t even busy. Not looking for anything but good customer service. People are just unbelievable!

Where to begin. Our waiter was Good. As for service. Will never go back there. For one our food took long to come so our waiter bought us chips and apologized the whole time. When we finally got out apps they where Luke warm n greasy(fried pickles, onion rings and egg rolls). Not once did a manager come over and apologize. Smh. Our waiter did. Then waiting again for lunch which where fajitas. Which came out Luke warm again(no sizzle). My advice STAYAWAY

This was my first time ever eating at a Chili’s, the food was very good. However, it took way too long to be prepared and I never got the appetizer I ordered. Staff was very polite. I really liked the ziosk option for payment, this made it a quick exit.

My wife likes the original nachos which are very good but we have been here probably 100 times over last 5 years and I wont be going back… they almost always mess up some aspect of the meal due to incompetant servers and management but Sunday was the kicker… they actually served my wife moldy shredded cheese then tried to lie and say it was pepper jack but it was only on two shreds so it was definitely mold. The lettuce is often brown as well. This location routinely messes up your order and has been for years. The fact they are still in business is a miracle. So if you want expired moldy food, lousy service, and a miserable dining experience then Chilis in Marlton is the place for you.

House salad with their vinaigrette is very good. Fries are delicious. I love a good iced tea & they have that here. I like the light menu. I get the mango salsa chicken with broccoli. If you want chips & salsa for the table order them when you order the beverages so you can munch on them before your meal arrives. The chips are light & crispy. My husband thinks they are the best when compared to competitors. They have a touchpad for ordering some food & drinks and you can use it for paying with a credit card but both times we used this the paper was inserted incorrectly so the receipt did not print. There is one booth in the bar area where the heater blows directly on you — it is to heat the entire restaurant & is uncomfortable if you are sitting in that booth. I am usually cold and I was baking hot. We asked to move tables & they were very nice about it. They also turned the blower off while we were there. Staff is very friendly. Food arrived quickly & was hot. Have been there before & will return.

This was the worst Chili’s ever! First of all, the waiter wouldn’t let us sit in the quieter area of the restaurant because he didn’t want to walk that far. All of our utensils were dirty and had old food on them. Service was slow and we had to ask for everything. It took 20 minutes to get a side of limes and I ended up with two brown, rotten ones(after I finished my food). Food was not good. The manager gave us a free appetizer and dessert because our experience was so horrible. Oh, and the bathroom had no toilet paper. Not cool.

As far as a chain restaurant goes, this location has been pretty sweet to me. Great bartenders, I have dealt with 2 and they have both been excellent always making sure they tell me about deals, giving 5 minute warning on happy hour ending. I was going to order a sampler plate last time I was in and they told me it was happy hour time and that I could get 2 appetizers for the same price. For there late night Happy Hour they have $ 110 oz. domestic drafts. WIth plenty of televisions and and ample parking this is a pretty decent watering hole. Great staff.

Today I tryed Chili’s «To Go» service. I ordered around 4:30pm to be picked up @ 5:45. Of course when i got to Chili’s nobody had a clue. So the bartender offered to put my order in then. Ummm no thanks! Chili’s already wasted my time. Why waste more? This was my first time to Chili’s in 10yrs. Probaly wont ever be back. There are to many other chain restaurants to choose from. ex; Applebee’s just opened across the street.

Came here for lunch and sat there for 15 minutes with no service. So I left. If this chilis had a tagline, it definitely wouldn’t be «You got served!». :P

I love Chili’s. I love their margaritas. Their food aint half bad either. But this Chili’s surprised me. First, I went to lunch and had eaten by the time I got here at the place next door, On The Border. I like OTB just fine, but I definitely favor the drink repertoire at Chili’s. But this one is probably the cleanest Chili’s with the nicest help I have EVER encountered. EVER. lol Basically, we walked in, and I’m guessing this one is a newer one, since it’s still very clean and you don’t feel like you’re walking into a breeding ground of bacteria. Some of the chains have a 2-for-1 drink special, and when we were there for the happy hour time, the bartender was nice enough to indulge us that there were appetizer specials, and the margarita special… it was like a mug with different flavors(lime, strawberry, raspberry, etc). We seriously paid like $ 3.50 for this. The cheapest margarita I can get in Manhattan is that, but it’s smaller and .50 cents extra for flavor. Other Chili’s establishments need to take note: go to this one to have this be the gold standard. Don’t you go changin.

I don’t know why they have two Mexican restaurants right next to one another. Been here twice though and it was so weird. Ate at the bar. They were out of everything and had to keep turning down drink orders from the other customers. Kahlua? Sorry we’re out of that. Bacardi? No, we’re out of that. Food just meh. Don’t bother.
