History

Established in 1991.

The Lassiter Group Inc., starting out as a IT support company and quickly expanded in the IT training Industry. The Lassiter Group served many Philadelphia PA based non-​profit organization year by providing technical training and computer support services. The Lassiter Group later move into t total out-​sourcing and executive recruitment. The Lassiter Group Inc. held contracts with CSC, ViroPharma, US Postal Service and host of local businesses in the Philadelphia area.

he Lassiter Group’s ExecuSearch division is a full-​service executive search and recruiting firm specializing in retained as well as contingency search for executives and upper management in a wide range of industries. With offices in both Atlanta, Georgia and Washington DC, ExecuSearch works with clients across North America. Its team members have extensive experience recruiting for Fortune 500 companies as well as small business clients.

Kenneth Lassiter is also the past a president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the 100 Black Men of American and an active member of ACE-​A3 mentoring organization in Montgomery County Pennsylvania.
