Our team is made of prior military IT professionals who are degreed and have at least three professional IT certifications like A+, Network+, and Security+ to name a few. Its a new way for your computer to work for you, instead of the other way around. Since computer troubles strike when you have the least amount of time to deal with it, we offer pro-​active subscription services tailored to any budget. This allows our tech professionals to deal with issues before they cause your home PC or laptop a catastrophic failure. Think of it like the check engine on your car that a mechanic can see and advise you in real time. We also offer repair services, and network hardening so the bad guys stay off your network and out of your files. As one of the few companies in the area to offer up-​front pricing, we are ready to be your ²⁴⁄₇ in-​home tech professionals.

History

Established in 2011.

The owner, Thom McCoy, is a 22 year Air Force veteran with 7 years IT experience as a workgroup manager, client support administrator, and lead IT field director for classified and unclassified deployable satelite based networking systems. As a pioneer in the broadband global area network, he engineered all of the configurations that are still in use by the Air Force today.

nHome​Techs​.com is an alternative to the big name ‘geek’ stores in that customers expect better service and quicker turn-​around times at up-​front and better pricing. We treat our clients as we would want to be treated, don’t just fix the computer but educate the owner so they can be self-​sufficient when trouble happens again.
