Dr. Wm. Christopher Orr is a therapeutically certified Optometrist providing vision examinations, corrective spectacle and contact lenses, therapeutic eye care, and medical eye management for various conditions and surgical care.

History

Established in 1986.

The Eye Care Center of Mt pleasant has been open since 1986. It is owned and operated by Dr Chris Orr, also since 1986. Dr Orr was raised in Ohio where he graduated from Miami of Ohio in 1978. He then attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where he graduated in 1982. He practiced in Beaufort, SC for 4 years before arriving in Mt Pleasant. He is currently a member of the Coastal Optometric Society, the South Carolina Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. He has been a past member of both Sertoma and Rotary organizations. He currently resides in Snee Farm in Mt Pleasant.
