Your car will be ready in 12 days they said! I am currently on day 37 and still no car. The first time I was told, «it’s painted, we are waiting on the grill, the lighting case, and fender and they are coming in tomorrow to put your windshield in» a week later I was told, «oh, it’s all done, looks good, we are just waiting on the windshield people, they have an appointment tomorrow to put it in» a week later «we are just waiting on the lighting case and then it’s done». Talk about getting a run around. I was also placed on hold for 15 minutes at a time, call dropped several times was PROMISED by MARK that it’d be done 9 days ago, I have his word. I used them once before and they were great (had a side mirror replaced, pretty easy) but if you need any actual work done, DO NOT GO. I am wondering if they are driving my car around. I mean give me a freakin’ break guys. I will be telling USAA (my insurance company) to reconsider having them as a recommended shop.

After getting quotes from 6 different body shops, we took our 10+ year old Tahoe to them to have some old scratches and dents fixed. It was not a small job — both rear quarter panels needed to be addressed and painted as well as the back gate and some of the area around the back door on the driver side. They did an EXCELLENT job. The car looks like new and the paint matches PERFECTLY. The quote was exactly what the total was, the customer service was fantastic and the job was done very quickly. We even had to arrange picking the car up on the weekend and they accommodated us. In addition to that, the guys that were there on the weekend when we picked it up were SUPER polite and helpful.
