We took a car to Savannah and back to Charleston. Our driver Frank Bumeister was an awesome driver. He was very friendly and treated us like we were important. Don’t know about shuttle buses but as far as car service Frank B. Is the man.

I am really reluctant to give a business a bad review but Mt Pleasant Shuttle deserves one. It was supposed to pick us for a 5 pm wedding at 4:15. By 4:40 they still hadn’t arrived despite numerous calls to the dispatcher who assured us they were just 2 – 3 minutes away. She was lying. They never showed! Fortunately, some other guests saw us and were able to give two of us a ride. The rest of my party finally gave up and drove arriving after the ceremony had begun.

Our small group used the Mount Pleasant Shuttle to take us from the Old Village to the Wild Olive Restaurant for a pre-​Christmas celebration. What a great idea! Everyone could relax and enjoy the entire evening. Our shuttle driver, Leroy, was courteous and spot on time. If you need to move around the area or to the airport the Mt. Pleasant Shuttle is the only way to go. Great job!

We chose Mt Pleasant shuttle for our cruise a week ago. From speaking to Bob on the phone and encountering both of our drivers, there was nothing but professionalism. Our drivers were right on time each way. I paid the drivers cash and was accidentally charged for one way on my credit card. I emailed Bob and he instantly got back to me to assure that the credit was processed. I received the credit the next day. I will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends.
