Segway of Charleston specializes in offering Scenic and Historic Tours while riding a Segway. We currently offer multiple tours depending on what you would like to experience. Half and full day rentals are also available. We recommend bringing a camera along to capture some of the incredible views such as Charleston Harbor, Fort Sumter, Shem Creek, Sullivan’s Island, huge Live Oak trees, old historic mansions, pelicans, porpoises and much more. Our Tour guides will train you on how to ride a Segway to make sure you’re comfortable before leaving on the tour. Come ride a Segway and experience a very unique and fun activity. You will leave with a smile!

History

Established in 2011.

My name is Tac Ralston and I’m the owner of Segway of Charleston. I started the business in September, 2011. I absolutely love the great outdoors and being around people so this business is right up my alley. I’m determined and truly excited to bring something fun, and very unique to the Charleston area. My primary goal is to make sure everyone has a great time throughout the tour and would come back to see us again. Come ride a Segway!

Having an extensive background in sales and business development, I truly understand the importance of customer service and enjoy connecting with others. As the owner of Segway of Charleston, I am able to combine my love of people with my enthusiasm for the great outdoors. I am very excited to share the unique Segway experience with others.
