My 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee required a big repair and to reduce the problem of a leaking heater pump, I drove with the heat off for two days. It was in the single digits, very cold outside but I didn’t want to deal with disappointment I’ve experience with jeep dealers I’ve visited in the past. A friend in Arlington Heights recommended I see Joe for a second opinion. OMGosh, Joe was so professional, courteous and caring. I immediately felt a trust due to the care that was given to research the problem. My Jeep was repaired with problem solved. Joe and the team are awesome. Fomula Automotive is a great model of what a business should be, great customer service and quality work. I would give 10 stars if I could, I have an automotive shop for life! Thank you Joe!!!

Highly recommend! I have been working with them (specifically Justin) for almost 11 years now. Great service, very honest, and fair prices. We just brought one of our cars in last weekend for a fall tuneup… it is nice to know I can trust them to do what is needed.
I would never take my car anywhere else! (I only go to the dealership if something is under warranty when we have a newer car.)
I always pass their name along to family and friends when they are in need of a great mechanic.

I’ve been going to Formula Automotive for fifteen years, and Joe has always been so personal. The prices are excellent. It’s like going into an old fashioned, small town repair shop! I’m really pleased that they have no trouble serving even unusual cars, like my Smart Car.

What a nice group of guys. They helped me out really quickly with a small problem that I had created after changing my own headlight bulb. They were very professional, nice and they got me out of there very quickly on a busy Friday afternoon. I will continue going back to them for as long as I live in Mount Prospect!
