Recently moved to the area from WI and needed a new oil change shop. I chose Payless based on the reviews. Prices are competitive and the level of service is top notch. This was my first oil change in the new car… Raph walked me thru the entire process. How much oil, what type of filter, etc. Unlike other shops, I was able to watch the work being done on my car. Really enjoyed the experience. Thanks Raph!

Just stopped by today, the oil change was quick and easy. Prices as of July 2014 are very competitive. They check over all the usual stuff like fluids, brakes for no extra cost. Jay came across as very honest and I see no reason to wait hours at a dealer when I can just come here and get better care for a much better price for OEM quality or better.

Jay and john are the best. Very friendly and honest. Went to get an oil and tire rotation and john had me go into the shop and showed me that there was no need to do so. Any other place probably would have said nothing and just have taken my money. Will be coming back for my next oil change for sure

Everytime we have cime here (my bf and I) they have taken very good care if our baby. Theyre really nice and do a wonderful job for cheep prices. They are reasonable and give us deals every time.

I have been coming here since 2006. John is one of the nicest person I have ever met. He does a solid job and I am embarrassed that I have not written about this place sooner. I love the service here. They are a no nonsense oil change place. I am in and out of here in less than 20 minutes. During lunch time is a crowd but their hours are very flexible. I usually venture over to avanti’s if there is a wait. John keep doing an incredible job thanks for taking care of my cars.
They have a great loyalty program.
