As a Professional Building Designer I combine my 14 years of CAD software experience, 3d Models, conceptual renderings, extensive knowledge in site design and construction techniques create to the house plans you really want.

History

Established in 2006.

Starting off designing small remodels and projects for friends and family from 2002 to 2005. In 2006 I started Apex Contracting Co doing work as a Residential and Commercial Designer. Using my knowledge of construction and technology I began to make 3D models for all my projects. Over the past 5 years I have found that the 3D models are a great way to show the client the final product before a nail has been placed. The 3D models also portray the final product to the contractor saving time, money and confusion. In October of 2010 I became a Professional Building designer under the AIBD (American Institute of Building Design). I have designed projects from small remodels, to large additions, New estate homes as well as commercial buildings. I can honestly say that i put my hear and accept nothing other than perfection when it comes to my designs.
