I’ve been here twice. The first time the counter guy was rude, sarcastic & made fun of me. The second was today. I ordered one slice & before I could finish my order the guy walk away. I finish my order with him across the room. So he hands me a slice & I pay… wth…where’s my other slice? Apparently he wasn’t paying attention and never put it in. The pizza isn’t that great but the customer service sucks.

Ok, so being that I’m in the restaurant industry I literally NEVER write reviews, except for now and here is why. I’m almost embarrassed to admit that my boyfriend and I order from here at least once a week, so I really am sad to have to leave a bad review(The delivery guy and I recognize each other at this point). My pizza arrived in a box that was too small, so three slices were folded over and ruined. I decided to try something new and order a Caesar salad slice which ended up being a plain slice of pizza with some romaine, croutons, and olives haphazardly just tossed on ¾ of it. I am really disappointed and I know that I am just one customer, but I will not be ordering from here again. Mount Vernon has so many pizzerias and Italian restaurants to choose from.

This was for a seamless order. Email confirmation said it would be 45 mins but was closer to an hour; that’s okay by me because it’s a busy day. $ 40 for the following: 2 burgers w fries, 12 wings, an order of Parmesan garlic fries. Presentation was very nice. Burgers are huge, at least an inch thick which explains the $ 10 price tag. You have options for bun type and how you would like it prepared(doneness). They hit the prep spot on but where is the seasoning? Very bland! I ate maybe ¼ and left the rest. Fries were kind of soft and yes, bland. Wings– nice breading but again– would be improved with some seasoning in the breading. The buffalo style were better in taste but the cook on the plain was superior. Garlic parm fries had a lot of what seemed to be minced garlic(fresh) on them. I was expecting something that was dusted in seasoning maybe so these weren’t for me. I think if they up their seasoning game this place has strong potential!

The food is AWESOME, they are timely & cool. I highly recommend this place! Thew only one to make my shrimp parm hero & the shrimp isnt overcooked on dry, stale bread! The bestest!

Worse place ever!!! Nothing like placing an order that shows up 90 minutes after they said they would be here. Also asking a question is a crime, yelling at your customer when they ask why it was late is ridiculous. I’m amazed how this place stays in business.
