I made Dr. Todd my dentist several years ago, after trying several others closer to where I live. He is the first dentist I’ve not been afraid to see, even for an extraction — and coming from a lifelong dental-​phobic, that’s quite a recommendation. My only complaint is they’ve currently got a hygienist who doesn’t do as thorough a job of cleaning as I like, but there’s a way around the problem: I ask for a different one to work on me.
