My wife went to this store to inquire about buying a new iphone. She bought the iphone 5C and a new service plan with Verizon wireless. The customer service rep in the store sold her a Verizon Hotspot device which she didn’t need because the iphone can perform the same hotspot service. I have used my iphone to run the internet on my laptop numerous times without issues in Mountain Home.
This store owner took advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge and sold her the separate hotspot device that she really didn’t need.
Beware unscrupulous merchants like this guy. He is not looking out for his customers best interests, but merely looking to pad his wallet at his customers expense. There are other Verizon dealers in Mountain Home that are more honest. Please trade with them!
