Shaun is a champion for his customers!
Shaun was my realtor for a new home from a builder. During escrow, the builder almost did not provide key items that I was promised when I signed my deposit.
Shaun fought for me as though it was his home and delivered everything I was promised. He also extended the escrow time.
Half a year later, there was a water leak in my new home. He rushed to my home as the leak occurred after one phone call. The builder wanted to deny my home warranty claim but Shaun again fought for me and personally met with the builder’s agent. The builder completely fixed the leak and drywall.
Other realtors are gone after the commission check clears but Shaun is a champion for his clients and always there during tough times.
I am grateful to Shaun for making my brand new home possible and highly recommend.

The only real estate agent you will need. When it comes to real estate agents it is so hard to find an agent who is professional. Aeri is everything you could ask for in a agent. Upon meeting her at one of her listings, we were very impressed with her. We asked her to sell our home as well as being our purchasing agent. Shaun recently helped my wife and I sell our home. This is the first time that we sell a home and Shaun made this as smooth as possible. The entire transition was painless and when we had a hiccup with a potential buyer, Shaun was able to find a new buyer the same day and continue the process. We could tell that Shaun was doing everything in his power for our best interest and it was never about him just trying to sell quickly for his commission. Words cannot describe the service that was shown by Shaun and his team. Now I started the real estate process in August 2013. I met Shaun at the end of September 2013. Between those few weeks in August and September I had to let go 4 real estate agents. Why, you may ask? Because none of this people were responsive and most importantly I did not feel that they had my back. Shaun showed me houses based upon my likings. He knew what I was looking for and did not just take me to every house on the block. During the process with Shaun I felt like he was the individual buying the home.
