Tiny Tot’s Daycare & Preschool

We enrolled our 4 year old based primarily on the facility and closeness to home. I deeply regret using those parameters. I would never again enroll my child in a program without trained educators. I felt they were extremely cold in fact on my son’s last day the owner didn’t even have the basic common courtesy to say good bye to either my son or myself. He felt ignored much of the time. Academically they did close to nothing to help prepare him for kindergarten. I know they tried but as they lack an eduction background they fell quite short. There was very little communication about his progress or lack of. Any attempts at communication were discourteous at best talking about him as though he wasn’t standing right there. Not including him just talking about him which I refuse to engage in. He is a person and deserves to be treated as such. Sadly, his experience there only furthered his dislike of school. I would not recommend this program and have not.

Very disappointing and poor customer service at Tiny Tots. This place doesn’t answer or return calls. They have a contact information on their website but for what if they don’t call people back?!? I get they maybe busy but I didn’t just try recently. It’s been over a month. Get it together!!!

My wife tried to enroll my sons in Tiny Tots but they never answered or returned none of our calls despite leaving messages. I thought maybe they have a new number but we were recommended by our friend to give them a call but to our frustration there has been no response. We could at least get a call letting us know there are no spaces available or something instead of ignoring us. Their website is impressive but what good is it if they do not communicate with potential families. We enrolled our kids to another preschool center who contacted us right away and are very happy there so far. Just a tip, work on having good customer service.
