We were traveling through the area in some pretty hairy snow and got ourselves in a little fender bender. We stopped at a few places and they were either full or closed. We actually called the next place and they said «we won’t be able to get you in for a few hours, but give Steinbrenner’s a call. I couldn’t tell if anything was wrong and but I just wanted to get our jeep up on a lift and make sure we could continue on our trip. So in blizzard conditions, they get us right in, got the jeep on a lift and found nothing wrong but a cracked bumper. They invited me in to take a look for myself. They were very professional and hospitable the entire time. After all of it, I asked how much we owed him for taking at least 45 minutes out of his day and he didn’t charge us a dime. It’s not all that often you see such above and beyond service these days. The guys at Steinbrenner did just that… They even let us get our dogs out of the car and bring them in the waiting room!
