Excel Maintenance

Our office has used this janitorial service for years and we have always been completely satisfied with their prompt and thorough cleanings.
My contact is Erika and I couldn’t say enough great things about what a pleasure she is to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure that my office is in perfect condition at all times, and is able to work her staff to accommodate our odd business hours. (We are open 24 hours and need to schedule cleanings at times when it won’t disturb our clients). She has also responded quickly during times of crises (ex. plumbing issues when clients are in-house…those get ugly) but she helps alleviate all of my stress when it comes to cleanliness. She also makes every effort to help us do detailing work on the building and stay within budget, which presents a challenge.
I’m not sure if Excel offers housekeeping, but for business sites, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
