Cecilia does amazing work! it’s been 2 weeks and my lashes still look great and hardly had any lashes fall off. She took the time to understand the style I wanted and did not feel like I was being rushed. The salon is very clean and cozy. I dozed off a couple times because of the soothing music and heated blanket. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place! Can’t wait til I get my refills!

Wonderful service ! My first time getting lashes extension, Cecilia very knowledgeable, super friendly and extremely talented. She did a great job its such a relaxing experience I am positive that you will fall asleep. She ‘s so gentle and there’s nothing better than great job that doesn’t leave you with clumpy lashes, red eyes.

Review for eyelash service: I got Cecilia, she was really nice and informative. Love my lashes, not a fan of having it take two hours but I guess that’s the price for beauty. My lashes themselves are so light and fluffy! They stay on for a long time too! Went in two half weeks later to get them filled and the girl who helped me (wasn’t Cecilia) said I didn’t need much filling since they stayed on so well. She replaced the loose ones and filled the rest in about an hour. Maybe next I’ll try their other services people have been raving about. Would recommend to everyone!
I would say downside: when they become short staffed Cecilia had to take the shops cell phone into the room and it was annoying to hear the phone vibrate and her texting on it. Felt like it made the process longer.

Alicia gives me great massages. She pays close attention to pressure and adjusts it either up or down, depending on my request. My right hip bothered me after exercise and her massage made me feel so much better. I’ve gone to her four times now and I look forward to going back soon. Alicia knows the right pressure points and is very eager to please.

This is the best place to go to in the Bay Area for eyelash extensions! I’ve had them done before but they always felt heavy and bothered my eyes. Cecilia is hands down THE most patient and meticulous person. She does a wonderful job putting lashes on one by one. It is very clean, calm and relaxing in this salon. She never tried to make you do something just to charge your more. She is very honest about what will fit your style and does an excellent job. Before coming here I vowed never to do my lashes again but because of Cecilia I’ve changed my mind. If you’re interested in trying this out I definitely recommend you going here and asking for Cecilia! The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming! Great place to go!

Face-​N-​Body was fantastic!
I came to Face-​N-​Body after a bad experience with another place. My first time with eyelash extensions was horrible in that it was painful, full of glue, ugly, rushed, and expensive.
I went to Face-​N-​Body for my second experience with eyelash extensions and the experience was so different and positive. I nearly fell asleep during the service even though excess glue and eyelashes from the previous set was being taken off.
Before I left, I was shown how to take care of the lashes. A nice touch that I didn’t get with the other place even though it was my first experience with eyelash extensions.

I recently went in for the 6D lash extensions and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was very welcoming and able to fit me in right away! I saw Angela, who was so gentle and meticulous with her lash application. I had a negative experience 4 years ago at another location and voiced these concerns to her at the very beginning. She was extremely receptive and made sure that I had zero discomfort throughout her application.
The lashes looked amazing and I couldn’t believe how natural they felt. I have gotten many compliments on my new lashes and plan to recommend Angela to all of my friends! I already booked my follow up appointment and plan to continue lash extensions at this location.

I am so grateful that I found Cecilia at Face N Body! It was by chance, because I just made an appt wherever they could take me on short notice. Cecilia is so kind, talented, and warm. She is in the business to see her clients’ improvement, not for money. I bought a package of microdermabrasion facials; Cecilia takes just as long as she needs on me. Technically the package is for 1 hour sessions but she spent 1.5 hours today because that’s what my skin needed. She has recommended excellent products but never pushed them on me. She has had me try them out first before buying them from her. She also sent me to buy things online that she doesn’t sell in store because she knew they would work well for my skin. Her treatment is superior to even that of the dermatologists who I have seen; they’ve never gotten such a grip on my difficult skin.

I got Angela. She was perfectly competent but the experience was pretty lackluster. Normally after a facial I expect my face to be luminous and to feel a bit pampered. The experience was not pampering at all, just very sterile and straightforward
Massage: 1.5 stars
I got Alicia (sp?). I repeatedly told her the pressure was too much and she did not listen, continued on, and made me feel badly that I was sore and didn’t want anything deep tissue. On my intake form I noted I just wanted a relaxing massage, and also when she asked me about what I wanted I told her as much. I now need another massage to recover from this massage.
There are so many good places in Mountain View, I will not be coming here again

Cecilia is awesome and best experience ever. Very patient and cleaned almost every single of my pore. All my black heads are gone which is fantastic! Super highly recommend. :)

Amazing eye lash extensions by Sherin! 6D lashes are addicting and save me so much time since I no longer need makeup. I can just wake up and go. She is also the sweetest and most professional lash specialist.

Had an appointment with the Aesthetician yesterday and she was wonderful! Through one appointment I gain a deeper understanding of my skin. I felt so pampered and rejuvenated. The room plays soft music. The aesthetician was really professional, she gave me a clear understanding of the process throughout my treatment from cleansing, exfoliating, to opening my pores, extracting my pores and closing the pores. Whenever I had a question, the aesthetician always answers without hesitation or doubt. I am really pleased with the results of my facial massage and will come again.
I definitely recommend Face N Body to everyone, the place offers not only facial treatments, eyelash extension, but if you are feeling stressed this place also offers massage. All the staffs are friendly and informative. Enough said stop by and experience it yourself ;).

I have an event and wanted fun lashes
without putting tons of mascara on or gooey glue from fakes but also look professional to go to work the next day. I have a huge gap in my lashes and these filled out really well. these will also allow my real lashes time to grow back since I don’t have to put mascara on them (which I then aggressively scrub off).
It was really relaxing when she was putting them on me. For one the ambiance was soothing, but she did a great job in making me feel so comfortable and placing them on very delicately that I even fell asleep a couple of times. I chose the 6D option which is 3 lashes to 1 real lash vs regular 1 to 1 because I like long full lashes, but they are definitely not too overwhelming. Once on they are comfortable and I don’t even notice them. She instructed me how I can make them last long and maintain.

I set an appointment for my first eyelash extensions ever about a month ago, and I just got my first touch up yesterday. I also got a swedish massage here a few weeks back. I love this place!
Making an appointment is sooo easy. I just text them and they’re super responsive :)!
~ 6D lash extensions ~
I’ve never gotten eyelash extensions before so I don’t really have much to compare to… But based on what my friends told me, I think 6D lashes here definitely lasted longer than average! It’s super light and I honestly couldn’t feel the difference after the first day. It looks amazing and nowadays I don’t even put on eye makeup. :) I got a lot of compliments on them; it’s definitely noticeable but doesn’t look fake or overdone.
Basically I’m going to keep doing touch ups here for the rest of my life.
~ Swedish massage ~
I have a lot of back/​shoulder pain because my career involves sitting & intensely staring at the computer screen (I’m a designer)… and I have pretty bad posture on top of that. I don’t get massages very often but I’ve been routinely getting them about twice a year.
The massage here is GREAT. The facilities aren’t as fancy as somewhere like watercourse way in palo alto, so if you’re looking into a more immersive experience with big fancy rooms and showers I’d recommend somewhere else… But if you just want a quality massage, Face-​N-​Body is amazing. I got a pretty deep massage, so if you’re averse to strong massages I’d recommend you specify that in the beginning.

It’s been about a month now since my first visit and after 3 visits now, I consider myself a usual customer here. My face has improved a lot thanks to Angela, the aesthetician’s care and dedication for my face.
The room is still clean and cozy and the session felt so quick even though it’s 60 min long. I’m not saying that the aesthetician worked on my face too fast; it’s that she always carefully spends time on my face and gives it the utmost attention. She in no way ever rushes and always makes sure that my face is getting cleaned well.
I always feel my face very smooth and really light whenever I leave this place! Thanks to her way of cleaning my face and the tips she gives me to make sure that I also keep my face clean at home and not just restricted to the spa, my face is so much clearer than before! I can’t help touching it!
If she ever recommends a product to you, use it because they truly help you a lot and they aren’t so pricey at all! i’m glad that I did!

So I popped my facial cherry last weekend by a woman named Angela.
When I first saw her face I thought to myself she looks like a beeeeep! I guess I should stop judging people because she is genuinely a sweet sweet gal. She greeted me with a great big smile and checked me in.
I was directed into this somewhat small yet cozy room. Angela asked if I wanted the
bed warmer turned on. I was like «whaaaa? y’all city folks be fancy with them technology», in my head of course. Note that it was freezing outside. I practically melted onto the bed.
She started off with steaming my face. Then began to extract all the gunk out of my face. I have moderate acne. The kind of acne that is under the skin that won’t leave unless extracted. From what I can tell Angela really did a good job with the extraction. After that she did some more stuff. Honestly I don’t remember because I was busy yapping away. I learned so much about my skin. I asked Angela so many questions and she answered without hesitation. She also recommended me a lot of skin care products for my face. I absolutely love how she did not push or force any products on me. So I did not feel guilty leaving with out purchasing a new moisturizer or cleanser I didn’t need.
After Angela was done I asked for the bathroom, Angela pointed down the hallway to the left. I strolled down the hallway and glanced into all the rooms, because I am just nosy like that. All the rooms were organized and cleaned. Small and cozy just like the room I was in. After I was done with my business (mostly examining my face, fixing my hair and reapplying my make up. I gotta look good for my man ya know) I walked back to the front desk. And as I passed the room I was in earlier where my facial cherry been popped I see Angela changing the sheet on the bed. I’m glad to know that they change the sheets after each customer.
I never believed in paying for a facial when I could do it myself at home for ¼ the price. Oh boy was I wrong! I left with baby butt soft skin. Oh my god. Never have my skin been so soft. It’s been 3 days after my facial and my skin according to my girls at work is glowing. Definitely be coming back!

I think one thing many guys overlook is paying a good enough attention to their skincare. Making sure your facial beauty is as great as your muscle tone is quintessential. Some problems I’ve dealt with in the past include dry skin, acne, and blemishes over my face. I would say part of it is due to inconsistent use of a good sunscreen and face cleanser. Thankfully when I came to Face-​N-​Body for my facial, I left feeling like the Aesthetician took my face and took it 23 years back to a new born baby’s texture; light, supple, and soft.
My treatment with Angela the Aesthetician was efficient and straightforward. After checking in I was promptly escorted to the treatment room. She started off with a steam mask to help moisturize my skin and open my pores for the treatment. This was great because it got me relaxed while nice and gentle music played in the background. Afterwards she got around to vacuuming the gunk out of my skin. I was surprised to see how much I came out even though I was my face once in awhile a lot can get clogged up in your pores. She also did some great extractions on a lot of acne I had on my face. And she finished with a nice energizing mask that helped rejuvenate my skin moisture.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment I got at Face-​N-​Body and would recommend the facial treatment to anyone else with problem skin.

I made an appointment for a Swedish massage ($ 70) with hot stones (extra $ 20). Because it was my first visit, I received $ 10 off my total.
Immediately after completing a short questionnaire (i.e. name, phone, etc.), Jennifer guided me to a room. The room was clean and the bedding was warm. Jennifer’s Swedish massage is strong, centered much more on acupressure, and often consists of fast, repetitive movements in knotted areas, as well as shiatsu. As much as I can appreciate Jennifer’s strong approach, it was a little rough for me. I am sensitive, and my main motivation for getting the massage was relaxation. The questionnaire does ask what the purpose of your visit is (e.g., relaxation, soreness, etc.), but I do not feel like this was addressed before getting my massage. Even though it wasn’t the most relaxing massage, Jennifer was successful at releasing knots and tension. It’s been about an hour after my massage, and I am a little sore throughout my back and upper neck.
Just a note for those with sensitive ears or equilibrium issues: Jennifer included an inner-​ear massage, which I didn’t like. The outer ear massage, however, was fine.
I give my experience four stars, because Face-​N-​Body is clean and well priced, and Jennifer did deliver a deep massage. The massage was not as relaxing as I wanted, but I do feel like I got something out of it.

Came here for a facial for the very first time last weekend and the aesthetician that did my facial was Angela. First off, the place is very clean and nice. Looked pretty new! I was warmly welcomed by two lovely ladies at the front desk who were also helping out another customer.
After the warm welcome, they had me fill out a questionnaire paper since it was my first time there. Shortly after I returned the questionnaire, I was guided to a room by Angela. Once in the room, she helped me on this bed-​like thing with an EXTREMELY soft blanket over some sheets. Since it was my first time having a facial, Angela was very informative of everything that was happening, made sure I was comfortable, and told me what exactly she was doing to my face while showing me the equipment. She did a lot of things from cleaning to microdermabrasion to a facial mask with spot treatment and more to my face! She spent a little over an hour on my face and was very concerned about how dry my face was because I didn’t use lotion on a regular basis. She advised me to use lotion on my face not only in the mornings but nightly too. (Thanks for the advice Angela! ^_​^)
After I was done with my facial, I went to the bathroom and noticed a big washing machine. I guess that’s where they do their sheet laundry? As I walked out of the bathroom I saw Angela hauling the sheets into the bathroom! It’s nice to know that the sheets are washed after every person! :)
All in all, a great first time experience! I can’t wait to come back! After a week, I did notice a slight difference in my skin. It definitely feels cleaner and softer!
