Tiny Prints

So here goes…
a good FOUR MONTHS after my pretty awful experience with Tinyprints, I guess someone at HQ is realising that their premium prices aren’t in line with their customer service & quality… so at 8:30PM on a Friday, I rec’d a pretty personalized email in response to the feedback I gave to them FOUR MONTHS ago.
They mailed (why mail? seriously, just send me the code via email, lady!) a $ 25 coupon for my next order (if there will even be one, lol) and 20% refund on my credit card for the order that I placed back in December. Not bad, but seriously? 4 months turnaround time for bad feedback? I guess there is *something* to be said about outsourcing your customer service department to india… no way this should have taken this long.
Aaaanyhoo, I am still on the fence about trying Tinyprints (again,) but since I won’t be needing announcements till xmas 2012, I have some time to make that decision…

The customer service is absolutely stellar. They offer the best designs, products and services for a range of prices. They have awesome promotional deals.
We order Christmas cards from them EVERY year.

i first learned about tiny prints when i received holiday cards from friends and family and noticed their logo on the back. i loved all the different designs and the quality of the prints. so this year, for the first time, my husband and i decided to order our own holiday cards.
the website is very user friendly, they have a wide range of designs to choose from, personalizing the card was easy, e-​mail communication and customer service was excellent, and the best part is we received the cards via fed-​ex (free shipping!) just 4 days after we placed the order! we couldn’t have been happier with our experience!
although their cards may cost a little more than costco or other stores ($ 1.89/card), the designs, quality and customer service make it all worth it!

This is a great choice for ordering invitations on-​line. I ordered baby shower invitations and am glad to say it was a breeze and they looked as good as I had intended. The were able (optional) able to address and send the invitations directly to the guests. Aaah! What a relief! Of course, there was an extra charge for printing the addresses, return address, and postage, but the results were immaculate. There are so many choices for designs too and they range from chic to classic. I will certainly order from tiny prints again next time!

I’ve used Tiny Prints twice in the past 6 weeks, and I have to say that I’ve been extremely impressed by the quality. I ordered shower invitations and address labels on two separate occasions, sent to two different addresses. Both times, the orders have arrived in advance of when they were promised. (I did pay extra for rush shipping each time, however). With the shower invites, I was even able to get my return address printed on the envelope. Customer service called when I omitted the registry information to make sure that wasn’t an oversight on my part. I appreciated this level of attention to detail. There was also the option to have Tiny Prints do the addresses and mail them, for an additional fee. I can certainly see myself leaving so little time that I use this feature in the future.
The only thing that would make me hesitate to use them again is cost. TP is most certainly not cheap. That said, this is certainly a case of getting what you’ve paid for, and I can promise that I’ll be a return customer-​particularly if I found a discount coupon.

We’ve been loyal Shutterfly customers for the past 3 years, with the closure of their Hayward plant and printing now in Phoenix for west coast customers or even outsourced we have been looking for a Shutterfly alternative.
My wife is an avid scrapbooker was introduced to Tiny Prints (TP). Many of her friends have switched from Shutterfly to TP. And the stationary is better quality than VistaPrint.
With our 2^nd child on the way, we are looking forward in placing another order with TP very soon. It’s nice to help out a private local business…

I’ve ordered a variety of stationery from Tiny Prints and I’m always impressed with the product. Recently I bought about 300 thank you notes in 5 different designs to give out as gifts. I was unsure to package them, so I asked Tiny Prints what they recommended since they offer pre-​made card kits. They immediately directed me to the clear folders that they use. I’d love to see them offering nice packaging products on their site, but in the mean time they could not have been more helpful.
The cards themselves are beautiful modern designs. The paper is heavy cardstock — if you have a choice, go with the ecru paper which is luxurious textured paper (and available at no extra fee for select designs).
If you’re looking for beautiful stationery and great customer service I highly recommend taking a look at what Tiny Prints has to offer!

I did get a response via email from the CEO (and two Unilocal messages from a marketing person) apologizing for my order and service issues and I did receive a full refund for my order BUT… I will have to wait until next year/​next order to bump up the stars.
I’d love to give them a 3 or 4 or 5 star rating, but it’s got to be earned. Hopefully they will get through their growing pains or whatever ails them, and their processing and service will rise to meet the great quality product they offer.

I’ve ordered from both Tiny Prints (holiday cards, thank you cards, and address labels) and their wedding line, Wedding Paper Divas (save-​the-​date cards). I have been happy with the products that I’ve received so far. The cards are flat and (I think) digitally printed, so you don’t get the kinds of bells and whistles you get with letterpressed stationery. Their stationery is also not inexpensive for digital printing (especially if you need to add on rush-​processing and rush-​shipping fees). But they do personalize a lot of their products, and both TP and WPD have really cute, original, and whimsical designs and a modern selection of fonts/​colors, so that’s why I’ve gone with them. I received my save-​the-​date and holiday cards within the time frame promised by the website. Both products were very true to the colors on the website, and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. I also received several compliments on the save-​the-​date cards. I just ordered some holiday thank you cards and address labels, so I have yet to receive them. I have not had to contact them over the phone, so I cannot speak about their phone customer service.

I know that it’s only a few days away from Christmas, but either their understaffed, taking long breaks, or not even opened (I highly doubt that). I was on hold for more than 15 min, I waited for their online chat support (10min) and got the same results, no response! Sorry, but this will DING your OVERALL Star Rating, SUCKS!

As other reviewers have stated, Tiny Prints’ customer service is awesome.
I just ordered custom holiday photo cards. I submitted the order. Then, the next day I ordered super cute and modern address labels. I sucked it up and paid two shipping charges. I figured, that’s life — two orders, two shipping fees.
Out of the blue I received an email from Tiny Prints customer service indicating that they noticed I placed two separate orders and they were going to combine them and refund my second shipping charge. Awesome and unexpected! Truly, wonderful customer service.
I haven’t received the holiday cards yet, but will update when they come in.

They were the nicest and coolest looking cards that I had come across. Much nicer then your typical drugstore glossy photo cards. All of the designs they carry are great which makes it so hard to choose a design! These cards are not printed on glossy photo paper but rather heavy stock paper. Very nice and modern design. Not the cheapest cards in world but I found the quality was top notch so they were well worth the cost. Shipping was fast too! I’ll definitely be using
again for the holidays and birthdays.

I used Tiny Prints for a baby shower invite. I used express shipping and everything turned out great. The invites were very cute and we got many compliments. Fun designs and easy to order online!

This year I chose to buy my Christmas cards from Tiny Prints b/​c they donated 10% of my purchase to an organization of my choice. The fact that they foster spirit to give back to the community is huge in my books.
What I also like about this company, in addition to giving back to the commnuity is the other message they convey. Sending out personalized letters and cards instead of taking the easy route with and email card. Admit it, you’ve taken the easy route. I know I have, and get anxious as birthdays & holidays approach and I still need to get my cards. But I like doing something special for family and friends and Tiny Prints makes it easy and affordable.
On top of everything else I was impressed with their ease of using their site, the fact that I could truely personalize my card, service was top notch, prices are reasonable, and delivery was QUICK! Most importantly quality of product is amazing. I chose to do a picture card, but instead of printing it on photo paper, they used a nice matted high quality stock. I seriously wasn’t expecting this when I first opened my box.
They offer cards for any occasion you can think of — birth announcments, holidays, thank you’s, birthdays, invitations, notices. The list goes one. As I know there are a ton of Unilocalers that try to give back to the community, so why not do it at the same time you send a special note to a friend. Check them out at

My experience with Tiny Prints was great.
They have the best designs I’ve seen — very professional, modern, well-​put together. If you have a photo to upload, you can do so on the website, and afterwards, view the card you’ve chosen with the photo. You can change designs on-​the-​fly and see the results immediately onscreen. What’s cool is that you can even send a draft of the design with your photo (s) to anyone else via email so s/​he can give his/​her opinion to you. I did this to get my sister’s opinion which was great.
I used Tiny Prints when I ordered our baby announcements. Lots of flexibility on the fonts, wording, etc. The finished product was fabulous. The card quality was substantial. I received many compliments on the card (and the baby, of course :)) One thing to note is that I haven’t been able to find any glossy cards on Tiny Prints. It seems that all of their cards are of matte card stock style. The order arrived fairly quicly — perhaps because I’m also in the Bay Area.
Definitely worth a look if you are searching for the perfect card for your events.

I needed to help out with our baby shower and a friend recommended Tiny Prints. It turned out to be a great recommendation. It was kind of a last minute order, but Tiny Prints was great. The have great designs — very modern and cute — and not all of them were super girly which was nice considering it was a couples shower. We made a typo on our card since we did things in a hurry and the Tiny Prints designers caught it and checked with us when they sent over our proof. We picked one of their ‘Petite Alma’ designs and I was impressed with the quality when we received our order. Reasons we will go back to Tiny Prints for our thank you cards and birth announcements:

An all around pleasant experience — Tiny Prints understands the idea that the customer comes first (something so rare these days).

They have the most modern stationary ever! I love their designs! Great for the price too. I have to say by far their customer service really makes that company stand out from all others! Seems like they not only care about their product but care about their customers. I ordered stationary from their wedding site and I will be ordering more in the future.
