Your search for an estate planning attorney should end right here. Tish is a rather unique find. We did our homework. We selected Tish because of her solid credentials, her length of experience and the Unilocal reviews. She was willing to talk with us on the phone prior to engaging her; she even provided an estimate for her services based on these preliminary discussions. Of course, after engaging her we understood that what we needed involved substantially more work than we thought. Tish provided excellent advice, accommodated our unreasonable scheduling requirements, was patient with our Internet-​research-​based-​misinformation, and exceeded what she committed to provide while sticking to her original cost estimate. At no time did we feel we were being upsold. With her paralegal, Trish (oh the fun we had with the Tish/​Trish thing!), we achieved exactly what we wanted and had a most pleasant experience as well.
The details… we already had established a complete set of estate documents and only wanted to work with an attorney to provide updates; after all, how much could things change over the last 15 years since we first drew up our estate plan! Cutting to the chase, we needed a whole new estate plan drawn up. In two meetings we were done. We had pressing time constraints; she accommodated us. We knew all there was to know about estate planning.- we have access to the Internet; she was patient, oh so patient. Surely, she would be able to charge us enough for her services that she could pay for her next four European vacations; her bill was exactly as she had originally estimated, roughly half of what other local attorneys we contact would charge for an estate plan.
By now, we think you get it. We are pleased, very pleased, clients. These days it’s hard to find professionals with integrity, competence and solid customer service skills.

A former colleague recommended Tish and I had a fantastic experience working with her and her paralegal Trish. Tish is very organized and clearly extremely experienced and knowledgeable in helping to thinking through how to set up an estate trust and will. They helped me create checklists and to-​do items including transferring deeds of property outside of CA. In three meetings, we were all done! As a bonus, there is also plenty of parking outside their offices behind he San Antonio Safeway! Strongly recommend!

I found out about Tish though a free Intro to Estate Planning workshop at the OFJCC in Palo Alto. What I liked about her workshop style is her understandable and professional manner. She makes estate planning easy for everyone. She clearly explained the process, her role and what we were responsible for bringing to each meeting. I, like many other parents, had put off estate planning for years. I am glad I waited for Tish. The entire process was painless and moved along quickly. And I am thrilled to check this off my to do list! I would highly recommend her with no reservations!

After a few short meetings with Tish, our estate planning was complete. We procrastinated on this project for a long time. Working with Tish was a pleasure. She even met us at our home on a weekend while our children napped so we didn’t have to take time off from work during the week or hire a babysitter.
