Oleg tumasov a second generation of Masters in fine art. His Father was a member of USSR Artist. Oleg Tumasov has long exsperians in teaching art in community colleges & in his studio — garden in Mountain View CA.

Concentration in oil painting, drawing, and sculpture.

Oleg is currently teaching fine arts at his studio gallery in Mountain View.

He has twenty years of experience in teaching fine arts in different colleges and community colleges in the U.S. and abroad.

His father, Renald Tumasov, was a member of the Soviet Union Era Artists.

Oleg comes from an artistic dynasty and is true to his craft. Our daughter has been taking lessons from him for ~1.5 years and has both enjoyed it and produced impressive artworks. Rather than pushing particular techniques or styles, he gently guides his pupils along their own personal creative journeys. His studio is also a very special place — with lots of arts, crafts and a real mini-zoo.

I learnt some amazing new techniques of oil-painting here. I was trying out canvas after a very long time and coming here was a great decision. Oleg has a unique style of teaching — he lets you be your own guide, but will provide inputs where necessary. The final paintings I landed up doing were much better than any I have done so far. The class is nice, its relaxing and open to creativity. I would highly recommend this to well. anyone!

My 13-yr-old son started here in July 2013 and has had an amazing time! Oleg is very patient and gives my son just the right amount of guidance and tutoring while also allowing him to create, develop and discover his ability on his own. The studio is a fun and whimsical place with art, parrots and other critters all around. We’ve enjoyed having a nice outdoor space under a big tree to create on these beautiful summer days and enjoyed participating in the summer art show this August. We haven’t tried painting or any of the other art forms that the studio offers yet, but we see amazing works of other artists in the studio and are looking forward to the next artistic journey with Oleg!

My daughter is a very creative girl in art. She had a art teacher before Oleg. that teacher is good and nice but I felt she was lacking understanding about creative. maybe different teacher has different style. I found Oleg and I knew my daughter will like this teacher because I know my daughter, she is not type of the girl like to draw every line by order she likes to imagine and create, she needs somebody can see that part in her and be a mentor for what she is great at. So far Oleg didn’t make me disappointed, he is very nice and very open minded about art, my daughter is 7 years old and she loved her new teacher and always nagging me for take more classes from him!

I’ve been putting off getting a piece of artwork framed for something like 17 months now. A few weeks ago I wandered into Oleg’s studio on a Friday afternoon and we spent roughly 30 minutes going through framing options and trying to figure out what our best option was. By the time I walked out I was pretty confident that the end result would be amazing.
Unfortunately there were a few problems with the frame selections I had made, so I had to go back and visit again. Eventually with Oleg’s help I ended up with a better frame and matte than I had expected at first. The work took about 2 weeks to be completed and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Oleg is a real pleasure to talk and work with and I am quite certain I will be coming to his studio for any future needs related to art.

I visited Oleg’s studio because it has good reviews on Unilocal and immediately felt that I made the right choice. The studio itself gives me a cozy warm feeling and Oleg is a great artist. Not only that he is very professional and knowledgeable but also very helpful and inspirational. To him, everyone is a unique individual and he knows how encourage and inspire his students. Oleg, the master artist, is awesome. Super friendly, professional and creative. I have been searching for the art teacher for a long time because I have always wanted to learn how to paint. I signed up for the oil painting and the portrait drawing classes at the community college that Oleg Tumasov has been teaching. It was a blessing that I got to know Oleg as he is a very talented and passionate person. His art studio in Mountain View is unique. It has a very good and creative ambience that really helps his students to explore the beauty of art, be creative and enjoy the learning process. Oleg is a real master and a great teacher. I have learned a lot from him and now cannot stop painting. My teenage daughter also loves art and comes with me to Oleg’s studio every week. She enjoys doing oil painting, water painting, drawing, and ceramics.
