I have a very big concern about your T1 platform vs Street — Smart app product.
Here are my concerns:
An employer cannot pull individual mileage.
Reports cannot be individually printed– you need to cut and paste — very consuming
Not user friendly
Has continuous GPS mileage calculation unless the user turns off the application.
Now the mileage calculations have read 50% more miles per employee and that inaccuracy will cost employers a ton of money.
Employees now have to put in odometer miles when they start and stop. The total miles for a pay period needs to be downloaded to Excel and then added up by employee.
I have been working tirelessly with your support group (Mack) and they have confirmed the issues. I simply want the report that we use to generate on the T1. It calculated GPS miles based on travel start and travel stop. Now they are telling me the employees need to put in their odometer readings at the start and end and then we have to add them up for a total at the end of a pay period. This is not time efficient nor progressive.
If you are another customer with this problem please let me know how you resolved it other than canceling the Xora application and costly monthly fee
