Gaskins Cleaning Services

We are fairly new to Washington State and one of the first things I did was search for a cleaning service. We were lucky enough to find Teresa and her team at Gaskins Cleaning Services. They do an excellent job and are so pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have since moved from Seattle but when I lived there I had Gaskins cleaning clean my condo on a regular basis. I was always please with the work done and the staff. I wish they were here in Houston as I haven’t found a good cleaning service that was near the same caliber.

This service started out okay, but has left a real bitter taste. The cleaning was hit or miss — sometimes great, other times mediocre. I started out leaving lists of what didnt get done the last time but got tired of doing that… thought they should know better. Tried to discontinue service once and was convinced that service would improve… never saw an improvement. The kicker came last week… I discontinued our service with the business on ⁶⁄₆. On ⁶⁄₇ there was a charge made for services on my back account. No services had been rendered! Upon contacting the company’s owners… first, no one responded; then, when she did answer — she told me she would look into it. Finally she tells me that I cancelled within less than 48 hours and they reserve the right to charge me. Okay… I am a fair person. Charge me for one service visit. BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR TWO SERVICE VISITS. They have completely bypassed their own policy and misused my bank account information. Unforgiveable! And this whole situation comes after they (the company) didnt show up for a scheduled cleaning — WITH NO NOTICE WHAT SO EVER! I should have charged them for that!
