Splash Nail Bar

This is my favorite nail salon in the burbs. Sadly, I am moving next month so I will have to find another nail place and I know it won’t be as good. I love going here during the week when it’s quiet. It may be just me or maybe one other customer. They play classical music overhead and offer you a drink so you can really relax in peace and quiet. It’s more of a spa than a nail salon. If they’re not busy they will do your manicure and pedicure at the same time which is nice because I hate spending an hour and a half getting my nails done. They are great with designs as well.

Beautifully decorated and great service! My friend needed a repair done desperately at 6:30pm, we called around and this was the only place that would take us and stay after closing. This is definitely the new goto spot!

My favorite Nail salon! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
I visited on a Sunday with my girlfriend at around 5:45 and was not aware that they close at 5:00 on Sunday’s but they told us to come on in and stayed open until 7:00 just for us!
I highly recommend it to anyone :)

Splash is very clean and the décor is very cute and relaxing. However, the experience wasn’t the best.
My friend and I received shellac manicures and regular pedicures but opted for the more expensive pedicure as it was advertised as 45 minutes. It didn’t bother me a whole lot that they did the shellac and the pedicure at the same time for the both of us but it did feel a bit cramped with four people around us. The pedicure only lasted about 35 minutes. They did a good job and the pedicure has lasted. However, the shellac lasted less than a week for the both of us and I was able to peel it off myself w/​o nail damage. I’ve had shellac last 3 weeks before, never chipping, just bad grow-​out.
I don’t mind paying those prices, as long as the polish lasts and they actually take 45 minutes instead of just 35. It was a bit disappointing…

Splash nail bar did an excellent job on my acrylics! They made them as thin as possible and they look like they’re my real nails! The salon itself is very well decorated and super clean. There’s so many pretty polish colors to choose from. The ladies can do just about any paint design on your nail just by showing them a picture. Prices are extremely reasonable. All in all I’m very pleased with this nail salon and it is now my go to spot!

Tim does an amazing job, much attention to detail, he gives the best hand massage, and I love the heated towels.

I have now been here twice for pedis and have decided it will be my new go-​to nail salon. I made an appointment each time and arrived early and was seen immediately. That has NEVER happened to me before anywhere else, I always end up waiting. Not at Splash! My nails turns out great each time, the salon is very clean and reasonably priced. Pay a few bucks extra for the peppermint treatment, it was lovely. I will be back.

Horrible. My mani was rushed and done in 15 mins?! I was in no rush which resulted to a waste of money by the looks of my poorly done mani. Not coming back.

I am so glad I found this place! After trying so many nails am salons in Lynnwood and ending up with inconsistency, bad nail jobs and unprofessional staff, this place makes sure none of that happens! The owner was very kind and kept the place opened longer for us. The gal that did my pedicure did a great job! I found my new nail place and I will be back every two weeks!

Yup! 5 Stars! Splash Nail Bar has the best customer service, & great prices. Everytime my friends from Alaska come to visit, we always make appointments for mani, pedi, or shellac and eye brow wax. In Alaska you pay double the price with crap service. So it’s a nice treat for my friends to relax and get their nails all pretty.

They do such a great job! I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else. They are extremely consistent and can do any design you ask them to do. I also love that they aren’t constantly talking to each other in their own language– no anxiety that they are talking bad about you as you sit there.
And this place is SO CLEAN and decorated so beautifully!!! Relaxing, girly vibe. Absolutely love it.

This nail salon is SO nice and clean. It’s new so hopefully that lasts.
My mom and I came here for pedicures after our first choice salon was booked and this turned out to be a great alternative. Lots of chairs and good service. After looking at my toes I realized I probably could have used another coat of nail polish but all in all they did a great job and I will certainly be back.

This is, hands down, the BEST nail salon I have ever visited. From the initial phone call to make the appointment, all the way down to paying the bill – I felt at ease and comfortable and very pampered in a professional way. Overall, the salon and it’s employees are very professional and courteous, which is not always the case at most nail salons. There was no up-​selling or gossiping during my visit. They told me over the phone they could take 3 pedicures and did exactly so upon our arrival just minutes later. Trina helped me with my pedicure, and it was done quickly and beautifully. Stephanie, the miss at the front desk, was very helpful as well.
This is my new go to salon and I will definitely be coming back often. Couldn’t be more grateful for this little gem of a salon in my neighborhood.

The place was clean and friendly. For non-​fake nails there is an actual bar that you sit at, which I thought was cute. They also offer refreshments which is appreciated. Their price are comparable to other locate nail salons and they did a good job on my shellac mani. I found my new spot!

Still keeping it real at Splash. They treat my daughter right every single time. I don’t know why this isn’t the most popular nail salon around, but I’m glad it isn’t! Even when something goes wrong — a broken nail for instance — the make it right, right away. We really enjoy this place.

This was my go-​to place for a quick polish change or manicure, but I’m on the hunt for a new place now. I have been getting my nails done on and off for about 10 years and I’ve been to a couple dozen places to get my nails done. My experience at Splash yesterday was the only time I had been concerned about a potential infection, out of all the years that I have been getting my nails done. During my unexpectedly eventful polish change yesterday, I got not one, but two cuts on my fingers from the nail buffer. The lady doing my nail was buffing my nails so vigorously, I feel like I’ve scrubbed my bath tub with less gusto and force. My skin is not overly sensitive or dry, and I never came home from a manicure with a battle wound… until yesterday.
When my cuticle bed was accidentally scrapped by the nail buffer yesterday, I didn’t think too much about it. Things happen, don’t they? I figured the lady would’ve been more careful after that, but I don’t think she actually noticed it. She didn’t stop to inspect it and make sure that it’s okay, she just moved on to my left hand. A couple minutes later, I ended up with a pretty deep cut on my left hand, again thanks to the nail buffer. I was so surprised by the sharp pain that I instinctively withdrew my hand. She seemed equally surprised but didn’t do anything, until she saw that my finger wouldn’t stop bleeding and the blood started getting all over my nail. I think she froze up in a panic; I had to gesture to the paper towel to get her to give me a piece of paper towel to press against my battle wound. She apologized and explained what she was trying to do (wanting to buff away the yellowing top layer of my nail), and then proceeded to do my nails again… but the bleeding didn’t stop. She got up to get a mini band-​aid and apologized. Like the typical passive aggressive Asian, I said no worries while staring daggers at her.
I walked out with two cuts on my fingers and a not-​so-​great polish change (as seen from the pictures). In their defense, I think she’s new and I’d previously had manicures and polish changes here that ranged from ok to great. I think I would’ve still been a loyal customer if they had done a better job recovering from the incident. It would’ve been great if they had displayed more concern, been more careful after the first cut, and treated the cuts with antiseptic drop, neosporin or something along that line. If they truly care about their customers, I think they would have offered me a discount, a more prompt apology, or something to indicate that this was an unusual incident for them, and then promptly disposing the nail buffer that I had bled onto. Instead, the incident alarmingly felt like a regular occurrence. She kept using the same buffer and I didn’t see her throw it out at the end of my session. Come on, that thing must be like $ 2 at most. You can afford to throw it out! Needless to say I didn’t tip.

Finally! A nail place on the east side that will do 3D art! It’s a bit out of the way and not on the friendliest route for traffic-​loathing commuters, but I’m thinking it will be worth it…
They’ve been open seven months and I love how new and clean everything is. The décor is soothing and I enjoyed the soft, relaxing music playing instead of the TV blaring. A pedicure, full gel set and eyebrow wax took just over two hours, and was under $ 100.
Tina did my nails and was very meticulous in her shaping technique. The paint and 3D art wasn’t quite the quality I became accustomed to in San Jose, but it was much better than anywhere I’ve been on the east side thus far!
At one point, I expressed concern about the 3D bow potentially snapping off of my nail. The owner (?) gave me a tube of nail glue and practically guaranteed it wouldn’t come off. She even said that if they had to do it over, they’d try the acrylic method instead (shaping acrylic right on the nail). I was pleased at her willingness to address my concern.
All in all, I would give the pedicure a 7.5÷10; the full gel set and 3D art an ⁸⁄₁₀; and the brow wax a ¹⁰⁄₁₀. I was quite satisfied with the experience as a whole and I’ll be back.

Impeccably clean, and a wide range of colors. The pedicure chair massage function was a treat too. I prefer to zone out during a pedicure, and my technician (Thuy) was happy to oblige.
A few twinges of the cuticle clippers, and not a total removal of calluses, so I’d go with an A– for an overall. However, for the price & proximity to my house, I’ll definitely be back.
They were doing maintenance on the pedicure chairs when I arrived. That is nice to see, and was not a disruption at all.
