Store hours are 10:00 a.m. on Mondays. Arrived at 10 a.m. Both entrances locked. Walked around, knocked, waved to employees inside. Left at 10:10 — doors never opened, no one came to tell me why the doors were locked.

If you are looking for a gift for yourself or anyone else, don’t go in here. The sales hags are not charming at all. They do not speak to you and if you ask a question you’ll get a one word answer. The sales hags are also the stocking hags and that’s the only priority as that’s what they were all doing. 20 people in the joint and the 5 hags were all stocking the already overflowing shelves. The stuff all looks cheap and chincy the prices are also cheap Not good gift quality at all. I went in for a gift for a friend but I bought nothing and left. Charming Charlie ain’t so charming it should be called Cheap Charlie !!

If you love accessories, especially accessories that are hyper-​organized by style and color, then you will love Charming Charlie’s. I really do love this store.
Accessories are affordable. I had a gift card with about $ 15 on it and bought a necklace and a ring. I think I paid maybe $ 20 total for the two items. I’ve purchased necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, and scarves here in the past. I’ve never had a problem with the quality.
I noticed that this location is the only one I’ve visited that had empty shelving units in the middle of the store. The displays were for sale, but the bare, metal racks looked kind of sloppy in the middle of the store. It reminded me of a liquidation sale, and the merchandise is condensed to only a few shelves.
The girls working here were really nice and not all annoying in the least. That’s another thing I love about Charming Charlie’s; despite the likelihood of having a high rate of theft, the employees don’t stalk you.

I love this store because its relatively affordable for virtually any accessory you need for your outfit. Honestly, I love the stuff I’ve purchased here. I don’t spend a ton of time shopping here, I’m not made of money… but the half dozen times I’ve popped in since this location opened, I’ve managed to buy for either myself or for someone else… have never left empty handed.
I recommend heading over the next time you need that perfect little something for you’re amazing look!

Charming Charlie is filled with, mostly inexpensive, jewelry and accessories. Earrings, necklaces, belts, shoes, hats, purses, and more.
Need something last minute to go with an outfit? Charming Charlie. Need a stylish hat to take to the beach? Charming Charlie. Need a pair of shoes that you don’t care if you never wear again? Charming Charlie.
Now, I’m not saying to come her to find long lasting accessories or to wow that special someone in your life. I’m saying Charming Charlie is bound to have what you need, in whatever color you need, to put the finishing touches on an outfit, at a pretty cheap price. But remember, you get what you pay for.

As Danielle mentioned in her review, the store is clean and very organized.
I do like the thematic sectioning of the store. For my tastes (moving away from gold to silver), I found that there wasn’t enough silver and the rings not labeled well with size.
I did buy a necklace earring set and would go back despite not being the store’s target demographic.
I promptly declined giving my phone number at the register (I hate that (and seemed to get an attitude after that and wanted to give that kid a smack,

Great place for bargain finds. I love the way they organize by color. It makes sorting through their large collection a breeze. Every time I visit, I walk away with a little trinket. I would feel guilty but at these prices, it doesn’t feel like a splurge. This location is great too. There’s never a crowd and the staff is friendly but doesn’t hover. Plenty of parking too. Whenever I explain Charming Charlie to people, the easiest way is saying it’s a Claire’s for adults. It’s full of accessories, purses, wallets, belts and a dash of clothing all color coordinated and super well organized with a pretty huge clearance selection as well.
My last round up at Charming Charlie’s included (all from the clearance rack because even with their super low priceys I like mine even lower: P):
Brown glittery wallet $ 4.99 — Cute wallet but I now feel like a stripper everywhere I go leaving a trail of glitter on every object and human being I come in contact with. I think I know why this item was on clearance.
Teal drop leaf earrings $ 2.99 — Super cheap and super cute.
Peacock shaped blue sparkling ring $ 4.99 — Weird but cool item.
Black Chandelier Dangle earrings $ 5.99 — I’ve already worn these a ton and they are friggin awesome.
Teal Glitter Contact Case $ 1 — Really can’t beat the cheap cost.
Floral White Glass Ring $ 3.99 — Loving this piece, too, worn it a ton already.
So for $ 26, I got a ton of cool new accessories. I’m not much of a jewelry girl but I do love my earrings and this has become my go to place for cute ones. I’ve bought a cute purse here that I always get comments on & it shocks and amazes people it was just $ 30. Oooohhhh Ahhhhhhh!
This location is quite expansive, very clean, very organized and has some great workers.

It’s a fun store with a lot of overpriced, low-​quality accessories. That’s no problem; it’s nice to go around and browse all the color-​coordinated jewelry. The service is horrid.
The cashier was really rude and invasive (based on other reviews, too, this cashier is the problem!).
I was with my friend, who was buying something. The cashier was very snooty and demanded her address, phone number, email, every bit of personal information on the planet, and she did it so hastily that my friend couldn’t just tell her to back off. The cashier also spoke derogatorily to her little sister and me.
Incredibly bad service! I used to enjoy walking in and looking around with my friends, but now I will try my hardest to not return, and to convince my friends not to return, either.

I went shopping here for bridal accessories. It’s amazing how a really bad experience makes the good ones disappear.
So, I found a beautiful tiara, and a bag, and we were looking for gloves. Here’s where it went downhill. We asked a sales associate for help, and told her I’d like help finding gloves. She asked what for. I told her for my wedding, excitedly. She snootily replied that they didn’t have any, and even if they did «why would you come here for that??» «Why don’t you go to a bridal shop?».
We put the bag back, bought the tiara because it was the last one and there wasn’t another convenient location at the time.
They do have a great selection of accessories. But I would rather go to the one at Woodfield. Better service. Same selection.
You would think they’d have wanted my business. (I’m pretty sure they had gloves online, so it was a fair guess they’d have at least a few in the store. Turns out it could hurt to ask!)

if you’re in need of some accessories you’ve come to the right place! unfortunately, if you go in blind without and idea of what you’re looking for, you’re gonna get lost in it all (although that’s not quite a bad thing)! They really have everything you’d need from rings to shoes, even to wedding jewelry. If you do go (which i think you should) make sure you have an idea of what you’re looking for, or even a color, it’ll help you a great deal!

Omg!!! I get lost when I get in there. One time I came to see it before my movie started and didn’t even go through 3 tables when I realized my movie has bout to start. I put the stuff on hold and came back after. I spent too much that’s all I’m gonna say. Love the store. Great staff. Amazing stuff!!! Love it, love it, love it!!! :-)

Love all the different accessories and the prices are great but the service, well it needs some serious help! The cashier was extremely rude and when I asked a question to one of the sales lady, she looked as if I was speaking a different language! It’s a cool accessories place but will not be returning to this location!

Accessories, accessories, accessories! Heaven help me the day my daughter discovers this store. It really is beautifully organized. And it’s affordable. Necklaces for $ 10, blouses for $ 20. None of the stones are real though. They are all plastic. But at these prices I guess they would have to be. Great place to explore before a movie. In fact, if I hadn’t had that timed comitment I could have done some major damage all by myself. I will definitely be back.

I love the new Charming Charlie! This one is very big, still has the great selection and cheap prices, and is very organized. Everything is organized by color — I love it! The store is clean and the employees are very friendly. The only bad thing is they don’t have a clearance section yet, but I’m sure they will once they have been around a while.
