First time at King’s Teriyaki. I came in for lunch and got the combo beef and chicken teriyaki to go. The lady was friendly and my order was ready to go in a few minutes. I like that there’s tea available while waiting. Cabbage salad was good(better than iceberg lettuce). The chicken and beef were tender and not too fatty. I asked for extra sauce but didn’t need it. The only gripe I have is that the teriyaki saice was kinda bland. I spiced it up with some sriracha. I’ll probably try a different place next time.

Got 2 chicken teriyakis’ it tasted good but my co worker refused to eat his as the chicken was under cooked. Not sure what mine was as I eat it as he was investigating his… we will see if I get sick now. :/

The sheer awesome consistency of this place keeps me coming back. Solid menu choices and friendly service round out this mom and pop shop.

Ok. Decent teriyaki, it’s well-priced during lunch hours. Don’t order the fried rice to go because it melts the styrofoam into the fried rice and then you REALLY don’t want to eat melted styrofoam with your fried rice.

I’ve driven past this obscure location 100’s of times and always thought it was such a weird spot since it’s tucked in the back of a very bland business complex. It’s been there for awhile though so I figured they had to be doing something right. I reckon they have low rent there, and their interior is nothing fancy at all… plastic ‘picnicish’ tables/folding chairs… yet it’s all very clean. They have a vivid menu board with pictures of entrees and a very friendly gal that greeted me promptly upon arrival. The spicy chicken teriyaki was delish– not too spicy and a slight hint of sweetness that created balance which is how I like my teriyaki – not too salty in other words. The lunch special had the chicken(ample portion), rice, an awesome Asian slaw(cabbage not iceberg lettuce – kudos) and also an egg-roll. I don’t usually like egg-rolls but theirs may have changed my mind! I also got a side of their homemade kimchi which was AWESOME. The place had several patrons dining in on a Tuesday afternoon and I saw several customers pick up to-go orders and the phone rang several times while I was there which is a good sign that they put out consistently good product-Will definitely go back again to try other menu items!

Consistent with most teriyaki place. Staff is friendly and food is good. Lunch special was alright. Could use more chicken and less rice. 3⁄5

Great teriyaki place for lunch. They have a teriyaki chicken lunch special for under $ 6 and it is filling and delicious. The establishment is pretty small and definitely gets a lot of Boeing business during the lunch time. There’s a reason: It’s good, has options, is quick, and is reasonably priced. This is a reliable spot for some goooood teriyaki.

The last two times I’ve been here, the food has been just ok. I used to go here a lot when lived in Mukilteo and the food was good. Now, the teriyaki sauce is thin and runny, they don’t put sesame seeds on it any more and like other reviews have mentioned, the meat is the cheapest cut they could find. Very disappointing when they used to be so good :(

Way to sweet and a tad slow with small servings!

The lady on the phone is actually really sweet. Maybe she read her bad review lol. Anyways, the food is consistently amazing, Ive always recieved friendly and fast service. My boyfriend works for Boeing and this is the one place open early enough for me to get him lunch during his«lunch» hour. Even if he’s not working, I’d choose Kings over a lot of other local teriyaki joints. Oh and chicken katsu and beef teriyaki are our favorite dishes! yum.

As far as teriyaki joints go, this is up to par. Cheap tasty food with good portions. I’ve only ever had the standard chicken teriyaki, and spicy chicken. But both are good. Especially the latter. Accepts credit cards, and I’m in and out quick on my lunch break.

Pretty standard Teriyaki restaurant. Northing special, but nothing bad. You get a ton of food for very little money. A great place to fill a hole. Right next to the boeing museum, which sure it convenient.

Best Teriyaki in WA. Those who gave them poor reviews wouldn’t know good food if they were smacked in the face with it. I’ve had most things on their menu and it’s all been extremely good.

Great location off the Boeing freeway and literally across the street from the future of flight. Takeout orders were quickly made. Portion and price is on point and the chicken teriyaki is moist and perfectly grilled. They are also generous with the teriyaki sauce!

I moved to Chicago a few years ago and Kings Teriyaki is one of the many things I miss. I’ve tried every place i could find in chicago and nothing compares to Kings. Cant wait for my next trip back to Seattle!

Kings is just a few minutes away from my office and in a pinch I pop in here for a fast lunch meal. Where do I begin… there are so many thinks in need of improvement here. — Standard Teriyaki menu which they finally updated in terms of appearance, BUT all the recipes are still exactly the same. — Combo plates with pork or beef: the meat is way to greasy, and also looks like the cheapest cuts one could possibly find. — Chicken Yakisoba: Lots of veggies, mostly cabbage and carrots, and about 5 –6 small pieces of actual chicken… it’s served with rice??? Really, noodles and rice seems a bit redundant. — They have curry on the menu, which tastes like teriyaki… strange and unpleasant combination of flavors. Of course you can’t be too picky with plates from $ 5 — 9, but this is barely a step above McDonald’s :-( P. S. Don’t be alarmed when you order take out… the lady will just say OK and hang up, before you can think about ordering anything else, which is probably for your own good.

Had the Teriyaki & Gyozo… pretty standard fare. Portions were not as big as expected… especially for a non«special». Sauce was good, not great. Parking is ample but they likely do not get much drive by business as it is tucked inside a business park. I’ve had better in the area so if I really crave teriyaki I would probably go elsewhere.
