Clean and nicely appointed– great spa chairs and plenty for a group — my husband and I walked-​in. Only one attendant to help us but we were not in a hurry. The pedicure included a paraffin treatment!

My daughter and wife went for some pampering. They got nothing other then poor service. The one attendant cut my wife’s toes. The man that scrubbed my wife’s feet did a poor job. 2 customers lost.

I have gone to the Nail Studio every other week for two years. They must have recently changed owners. When I called for a pedicure they said that they were book and to come in at 1PM. I arrived at 1 to be told that they had a wedding party that had come in and they were busy and they could not honor my appointment, and to come back later. They knew I was unhappy and decided to honor my scheduled appointment anyway. The lady put my feet in water and then scrubbed my feet. Then she gave me a 10 minute massage. The whole pedicure lasted 15 minutes — after complaining she cut my cuticles… you lost a great customer, and I am sad that I need to find a new place to get a mani/​pedi every two weeks.

I absolutely love this place. I stumbled upon it when I lived in Lynnwood and had recently had a HORRIBLE acrylic job. Tiffany and her staff are the BEST. She immediately fixed my nails. I left with the most amazing set of acrylics I have ever seen. I recently moved to Kirkland and work in Bellevue but STILL travel all the way to Mukilteo just to get my nails filled. Every few months I have her do my eyebrows too. Most painless, perfect waxing I have ever had done (and I have sure paid significantly more that $ 10 before). She is always fast, fun, nice, and great to chat with. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. There is usually no problem walking in, though on Saturdays I would recommend calling ahead.
