Sunshine Foot Relax

I’m giving two stars because the massage (when I was actually getting one) wasn’t too bad and the price is great. And let me say I visited here back in August of this year. However, the guy giving me the massage kept having to walk away because he was coughing so hard. I should have gotten up and left the first time that happened but I didn’t. Then, at least three times during the massage the room reeked of cigarette smoke like someone was either smoking in the room or right outside the back door and had the door open. When I went to leave I was charged a different price and only had enough cash to pay for the service. The lady at the front told me to go get cash to bring back as a tip. Are you serious? If I’d had a massage by someone not hacking up a lung and didn’t have to smell cigarette smoke then I absolutely would have, but in this situation I think not.

That was a great way to spend my hour and $ 30! Great pressure, fantastic reflexology. Friendly, clean, and did the trick! The downfall is the groomer next door… but after a few minutes you tune them ouy. I will absolutely be back to fill up my punch card!

Pretty good deal $ 30, for a 1hr foot/​back, neck massage. A little strong on certain pressure points but the body feels more loose. Not relaxed per se, but definitely more loose and invigorated.

Have been going to Sunshine for the last couple of years now, have never been disappointed with the service.
I would recommend giving them a try.

I used get a foot massage on a weekly basis. But then they lost some of their better deep tissue therapist, and some of the new staff reeked of cigarette smoke. I requested NO SMOKING on follow up visits, but that fell on deaf ears.
They suggested I try a full body massage. That was the biggest mistake! The massage «room» was just 4 curtain walls, right off the front door. Cold, drafty, and loud! Very uncomfortable. A therapist with cold hands, and no common sense about how to treat a client. I have been getting massages for many, many years everywhere I travel, so I know what to expect.
They used to be customer oriented and very interested in providing the best service. Now, they just say. «okay, thank you» and expect a tip! I do not plan to return.

Do not go here! I called in for the first time and asked if they had time for massage. The lady said no and so I asked you don’t have anything all day she said no goodbye and hung up on me. That is super rude especially for a first time customer.

Super rude customer service! They may have good massages but I refuse to go to places that lack manners & etiquettes. advice: be polite! We get that youre busy and popular but that doesnt mean u take advantage of new customers.

Wowwww!!! I get a lot of foot massages from California and am I glad I found this place. It is no doubt THE BEST foot massage I’ve ever had. Totally worth the extra $ 10 I normally pay in CA. Love love!

$ 30 for a 1 hour foot reflexology massage. This is what it entails…
It’s a fully clothed massage in a large leather massage chair. All the chairs are in one large room. You lay down they soak your feet in warm water. The massage starts with about a 15 minute massage of your head and neck. Then they dry off your feet and continue with about a 30 minute massage of your feet and legs. Finally they flip you over face down and massage your back.
Here are some WARNINGS:
Do not go here if you don’t like you’re personal space invaded. Why?!? Well when they massage your back they also massage your ass. Sometimes dangerously close to your brown star. Also, FYI ladies they snap off the back of your bra to massage your back. Oh and fellas, they also get a lil close for comfort when they massage your thighs.
If you can get over all that, the massage is awesome. They really dig in to any knots you have with their elbows which I love.
TIP: wear casual loose clothing.

Best massage ever!!! They took extra care to find out how much pressure we each liked /​needed. It was quite and cool and very relaxing. They politely made sure everyone silenced their phones and spoke in hushed tones. That sounds so obvious but is the reason I quit going to my last place — Hawaiian foot massage up the road in Everett. Very reasonably priced. I will be back. Often. And will bring friends !!!

I’ve been to many reflexology places around Shoreline, Lynnwood and the surrounding area. Based on Unilocal reviews my wife and I tried Sunshine Foot Relax today. We have a new favorite! The reviews are accurate. This place was clean, the staff was proficient and seemed to actually feel what they were doing and spend time where it was needed. I did ask for more pressure at one time and was not disappointed with the woman’s ability to apply more. Give it a try, I feel it was $ 30 well spent.

After checking out the competition, I came to the conclusion that Sunshine Foot Relax was definitely my first choice for relaxation. I am hopeful that the one unfortunate event at Sunshine Foot Relax will be the last. I have been back twice and have had excellent service and no outbursts. Thank you, I am still a loyal customer.

The service here is excellent. I absolutely love this place. I wish I could go more often.
The staff is very professional. I always feel better after I go there. You can chose what scent of essential oil you want to be a part of your massage. It is well worth the money. They have a fan in me.

What a cool place. I had a first massage w Andy today, as others have said, I’ve had lots of massages but this was right up there.
He did a great job of checking in with me if the pressure was ok.
This was excellent, got my punchcard and will be going back.
Quiet place, highly suggest it.

Relaxing massage because the therapists are skilled. Only complaint is the other patrons who don’t seem to realize they are in a room with others who are trying to enjoy. Last time I went I would have liked to have slapped the two women who babbled on about how great it was and then figure out who is paying and why her shoes don’t fit anymore and where they were going for a drink later and blah blah blah… Shut up!!! This happens often, I wish the staff would kindly take control and encourage whispering. Don’t be the rude patron and ruin it for others.

We went for our first time today. It was different than anything we’ve had before and we walked out relaxed. I’m super ticklish in my feet and was a little apprehensive with the Intro offer, but I just barely giggled during the foot portion.
After having read others’ reviews and seeing the owner’s responses, I felt compelled to compliment a business that demonstrates the care that these folks have for their customers and their own success.

This is the place to go if you’re a fan of deep tissue massages!!! They’re very attentive to your requests so don’t be afraid to say if they’re going too hard or not hard enough.

This place was great. Came here with my mom during a trip back home. I used to love going to Chinatown in NYC. Never thought I’d find one these gems back in Mukilteo. I went on their website and they had some coupons for foot massages, so we both used these to get our massage. The coupon rate was $ 30 for a 1/​hour massage, the regular price was $ 35. Not a bad deal at all.
I’ll definitely come back here the next time I visit my parents.

I typically try and get a Chinese Acupressure massage once every 2 weeks back in California. I’m up visiting my sisters in Mill Creek and was in dire need to release some tension from a HUGE 4^th of July party (I mean, we hosted 20 people for 1 week!). Sunshine was awesome, I was able to call about 2 hours before and schedule an apt. I scheduled it for 1 person for 1 hour, and then called back 30 min before my apt and added my sister with no issues whatsoever. We got there, and the salon was clean and looked very nice. We were immediately seated and the amazingness began! My therapist had absolutely perfect pressure. It was my sisters first Chinese Acupressure massage, and she said hers was pretty aggressive and «painful» but she thinks she may have needed it.
The downside is the location, it’s a cute strip mall (upper scale) but unfortunately there is a grooming salon next door which really did cut into the «relaxation» aspect. I couldn’t’ help but picturing a little puppy mill with all the crying puppies. Also, since the front desk is literally right next to the massage area, every phone call was heard. One person called multiple times asking for directions for about 15 minutes each. The woman working the front eventually had to go outside (which we could still hear) to try and give better directions. Again… a bit distracting. But this isn’t really intended to be a «spa» type setting necessarily.
I will likely be going back in the next couple of days before I head back to CA. I also like that they have a frequent visitor card, especially when I come with multiple people.

I read the reviews before going and was excited to try a new place. Maybe I expected too much? No, I’ve been to 3 other places, one almost as bad and 2 that put this place to shame! I think the reviewers haven’t been anywhere decent so they don’t know how much better there is out there!
First, the noise… a pet groomer next door had our entire visit riddled with yappy dog banking, add in the sounds of people coming in and out of the bathroom which I had the pleasure of being next to and a toilet that constantly ran, did not make for a relaxing atmosphere. It was over the top when the guy massaging me was burping every few minutes very loudly. Then after the toilet was left running for a good 5 minutes, he went in and fixed it and came back and continued my massage without first washing his hands! So gross!
The massage itself, well I must have said OUCH at least 4 time as well as flinching and gritting my teeth. I think he was too busy with his own issues to notice! So not relaxing! I don’t think these massages should be painful and if they are, they are not doing them correctly! Plenty of other places that do not cause pain, I will not come back here!
