Papa Murphy’s Take & Bake Pizza

A take ‘n’ bake pizza favorite of mine, this Papa’s is located inside the Super Walmart. With coupons in hand, check their website for current coupon specials, we loaded up with pizza for dinner.
We went with 3 large pizzas: a signature crust Vegetarian, a signature crust Cowboy, and their newest Thai Chicken deLite. We were enjoying hot n’ fresh pizza within a half hour of getting home to the awaiting oven.
I had both the Vegetarian and Thai Chicken. The vegetarian was loaded with cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, green peppers and black olives on their original crust. The original crust bakes up really nice, crunchy on the bottom and softer on the inside. And it holds up well for the one handed eater like me.
The Thai Chicken was a deLITE on their cracker-​thin crust, I believe it’s the thin crust that makes it one of the deLITE pizzas. In place of pizza sauce is sweet chili sauce, topped with mozzarella, zucchini, chicken, a mix of white, red and green onions and dusted with crushed red pepper flakes. It’s an interesting pizza, with a sweet & spicy tang. The combination of thin crust and runny chili sauce makes it a little messy for a one handed eater. I had to fold my pizza slice in half to manage the mess. I liked it but it’s one of those pizza’s I could only eat a slice of.
The Cowboy pizza was a more traditional meat pizza with red sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and black olives. They really don’t skimp on their black olives either.
