Through PASS training and our in-​house built learning management system (LMS), we offer customized, accessible trainings in sound petroleum storage tank operation and maintenance practices, with the potential for expansion into other fields. PASS Tools, our mobile-​ready in-​house built inspection and compliance suite, enables inspectors and company administrators to input and track all of their facility data. Our series of video tutorials, C-​STORE 101, instructs convenience store employees in safe and effective facility operation and management. PASS Inspection services provides trained and certified inspectors to assess facilities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Established in 2003.

Established by Founding Members James Allen, Kyle Keesling, Raymond Rees, Tim Thickstun and Steve Thickstun. PASS — Practical American Safety Solutions exists to promote environmental stewardship and safety through our training and compliance solutions. Through these products and services, we strive to enhance worker safety today and protect the environment for future generations.

Business Owner

Raymond is a founding partner of PASS and directs the coordination of day to day operations. Raymond identifies and leads new business development opportunities while maintaining the corporate strategy and vision. Raymond’s past experience includes marketing, software development, creative design, corporate management, and information technology. LinkedIn
