Absolutely horrible experiences. Do not waste your time and money here. I ask him what do I do to manage the remaining pain and he discharges me. I wish he would have told me they didn’t know how to help me. Could have saved me months. Now back to square one. Very upset. Procedure after procedure for him to tell me he’s done I’m on my own.. Seek help elsewhere.

Perhaps the most poorly run medical/​professional office in the history of business. Apparently a staff of 6 can’t seem to manage an appointment calendar properly – or would rather watch others suffer while they line their pockets. Case in point: our 11:00am appointment for a routine steroidal injection with Dr. Satish Dasari – which had been scheduled for more than a month – resulted in us being told that 5 people were waiting to be seen before us… DESPITE THE OFFICE JUST OPENING AT 10:00AM. How is it even humanly possible to be so wildly incompetent that you are backed up FIVE patients in less than 60 minutes? It’s clear that the Midwest Interventional Spine Specialists are simply triple-​booking appointments to maximize revenue, without any care or concern for their patients – many of whom were forced to sit in excruciating pain in the waiting room for literally hour after hour after hour. Absolutely unconscionable.

I Went there for a second opinion because my previous doctor who treated my neck pain was not doing much to alleviate my chronic, debilitating pain. After I waited over an hour to see the doctor the nurse practitioner came in and asked me why I was there. I explained my situation and she told me I needed to go back to my prior PM doctor and see a neurologist. I explained I have a neurologist, I wasnt interested in getting narcotics and just needed a better doctor. I was told once again to go back to my previous doctor and was never even seen by a doctor there. I was dumbfounded. I was hoping to get set up with physical therapy and to find out why my previous RF ablasion caused 5 months of stinging pain but I was never even given a chance
