#1 As soon as I walked in the owner told me they can’t order any dresses, and you can only buy floor samples. I insisted I preferred a new dress and she said leadtimes were 7 months out — coincidently after my wedding.
#2 I made an appointment in advance and she completely ignored me and I had to ask for help continually because she was helping several other clients she had been juggling.
#3 She talked negatively about David’s bridal and claimed they lied about their leadtimes because they were better than hers.
#4 She was too focused inward on her own likes and dislikes and never once asked what I wanted in a dress.
#5 WORST PART — dresses are not only dated and from last season, but they are overpriced by $ 300-​$ 500 — she opens her sales pitch by saying she doesn’t charge for alterations and they are her gift to you, but what she doesn’t say is that she’s upcharging $ 300-​$ 500 to cover alternations on used dresses.
